Terms & Conditions

  • Family & Guest Responsibility: We are all a big community here! Just remember you are responsible for any accidental damage or injuries caused by your family, visitors, or pets.

  • Staying Safe: Campers assume the risks of camp life and agree to hold the campground harmless if accidents happen.

  • Personal Property: Crawford's isn't responsible for personal injuries, life events, or missing/damaged personal items, vehicles, and valuables.

  • Keeping the Peace: We want everyone to have a great time, so we reserve the right to ask anyone who won't follow our shared community rules to leave.

  • Visitor Check-In: Please have all your wonderful guests and visitors stop by the office to register as soon as they arrive.

  • Mail & Packages: We love seeing you, but we can't accept mail or packages for guests. Please arrange for a third-party pickup location nearby.

  • RV Upkeep: To keep our park looking beautiful, all motorhomes, RVs, and travel trailers need to be clean, tidy, and in good working order. We reserve the right to turn away vehicles that don't meet these standards.

  • Site Limits: To keep everyone comfortable, please don't exceed the maximum guest capacity for your specific campsite.

  • Grills & Fire Pits: Propane grills and propane fire pits are completely welcome!

  • Keep It Indoors: Please keep blowup mattresses, sleeping bags, and cots inside your RV—they aren't allowed out on the lawn overnight.

  • Vehicle Maintenance: To keep our grounds clean, major vehicle repairs and washing your RV or car with cleaning chemicals on-site are prohibited.

  • Paints & Chemicals: No hazardous chemical or paint projects around the campsite, please.

  • Tree & Site Care: No clotheslines or hanging items from our beautiful trees. Please keep your site neat, clean, and looking sharp during your stay!

  • Trash Rules: Dispose of all trash in our enclosed bins around the property. Please DO NOT leave trash out overnight (we don't want any furry midnight visitors!). Breaking the trash rule could mean losing your site.

  • Supervision: Keep a loving, watchful eye on your little ones and pets at all times.

  • Park Signs: Don't forget to follow all the helpful rules posted around the campground property!

ELECTRICITY SUBMETERING & BILLING ADDENDUM

1. Fair Metered Usage & Pass-Through Rates

We use individual electric submeters at your site so you only pay for what you actually use. In line with Pennsylvania rules, your bill is a direct pass-through of the exact kilowatt-hour (kWh) rate charged to us by the utility company. We never add markups or make a profit on your electricity.

2. Utility Handling Fees

Reading meters, calculating usage, and processing individual bills takes a bit of extra staff time and labor. To cover these administrative costs, a small, non-refundable $5.00 Utility Handling Fee will be added to your bill each month.

3. Billing, Due Dates, and Late Payments

We read meters on the 1st and 15th of every month. Your invoice will be sent electronically or dropped off right at your campsite. Payment is due within five (5) days.

  • Late Fees: Payments missed by the due date will incur a $25.00 late fee.

  • Default: If utility bills go unpaid for more than five (5) days, it is considered a breach of our agreement. This can lead to your lease being ended or your electricity being turned off, following local laws.
