Cancellation Policy

All reservation cancellations are subject to a $10 processing fee

• Cancellations made more than 5 days before your scheduled arrival will receive a refund of all amounts paid, less the $10 processing fee.

• Cancellations made within 5 days of your scheduled arrival are responsible for the entire reservation balance. Because we are often unable to rebook your site on short notice, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 5 days of arrival. We are happy to move your reservation to another date if requested at least 3 days prior to arrival and there is availability.

• Holiday reservations will not be refunded - regardless of when you call

• No shows, early departures, or unused nights are not eligible for a refund.
