Refund Policy

In an effort to ensure fair distribution of campsites for all of our customers, the following Cancellation Policy is being implemented effective November 1st, 2022: 

• Seasonal Cancellations:
  • 30+ day notice: 100% refund, minus a $10 booking fee.
  • 29 days or less notice: 70% refund of original booking fee (including nights not used). 
• All Other Cancellations:
  • 30+ day notice: 100% refund, minus a $10 booking fee. 
  • 29 days or less notice: 70% refund of original booking fee (including nights not used). 
• Annual Passes: Refunds will only be given if the permit is still attached to original packaging and intact.
• Day Passes: None Given
