Cancellation Policy

Nightly and Weekly Reservations

Cancellations made at least eight (8) days before arrival will receive a refund less a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellations made seven (7) days or fewer before arrival will receive a refund less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours of arrival, and no-shows, are nonrefundable.

Monthly and Extended-Stay Reservations

Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before arrival will receive a refund less a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations made thirty (30) days or fewer before arrival will receive a refund less a $500 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within seventy-two (72) hours of arrival, and no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the first month's payment or deposit, subject to any refund required by law.

Shortening Monthly or Extended-Stay Reservations

If management approves a shortened monthly or extended-stay reservation, the Park may charge a $150 administrative fee.

No refunds will be issued for early departures, weather, changes in travel plans, vehicle or equipment problems, or removal for violation of Park rules, except to the extent South Carolina law requires the refund of any unused prepaid rent or occupancy charges. Management may, in its sole discretion, make reasonable exceptions or issue a future-stay credit for verified emergencies or other extenuating circumstances.
