General Policies

All guests and visitors must register at the park office upon arrival.
Check-In Time: 1pm
Check-Out Time: 11am
Rates are subject to change. All rent is payable in advance.
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please be considerate to other guests.
Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, their pets, and or their visitors.
Guests, and their visitors, must not use the park premises except for the permitted use.
Guests, and their visitors, must not use the park premises for any illegal purpose.
Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. All visitors are required to leave by 10pm.
Federal, State, and Local Laws are applicable to all guests, and their visitors, on the park premises.
The Park, including owners, management, and staff, are not responsible and assume no liability for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle arising from the use of the park facilities.
No guest or visitor shall disturb the peace, make unreasonable noise, use provocative language, engage in violent behavior, or display or discharge a firearm or any type of weapon.
Children under the age of 18 must be always supervised by an adult.
Management reserves the right to eject or remove anyone violating park rules or who is creating a disturbance.

Sites

All sites must be always kept neat and clean.
Please place your trash into trash-bags and placed into the dumpster provided.
Open fires, Wood fire pits are not permitted in the park.
Charcoal and Propane Grills are permitted in the park.
Please treat the park grounds, trees, facilities with respect always.
Please leave your site in a neat and clean state.
Please conserve water and electricity usage. Excessive usage will incur a charge.
Help us keep the bathrooms, showers, laundry facilities neat and clean for other guests.
Clotheslines are prohibited.
Guests may not hang any items from the trees.
Any site change must first be approved by Management. Due to reservations or maintenance moving sites may not be possible.

Vehicles

Only one (1) recreational vehicle per site.
Do not park your vehicle, trailer, or boat in an adjacent site. Use of more than one site will result in additional charges.
No mechanical repairs or maintenance is permitted in the park area.
Washing RV’s or vehicles on the park is prohibited.
Speed limit throughout the park is 5mph. Obey the signage.
Vehicles must navigate the park on the roads provided.
No all-terrain vehicles (ATV) to be used in the park.
Maximum of two (2) passenger vehicles per site.
All electronic devices, stereos, CB radios, televisions must be kept at a respectable level that does not disturb other guests.
All motorhomes, RV’s or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.
Management reserves the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.
All vehicles are to be approved by the park manager.
