Rules and Regulations
• Check in time is 2pm for campsites and 4pm for rentals. Early Check in may be requested for an additional $25 and is based on availability. Check out is 11am. Late check out is $25, must be registered with the office prior to 11am and are based on availability. Persons checking out after 11am without registering at the office will be charged $50. • Quite time is Midnight to 8am. Children under 18 are the responsibility of their parents or guardian and need to return to their campsite at quite time. • No alcohol carry-ins to the lower bar, decks, or pool. NO GLASS BOTTLES allowed in these areas or on the beach! • Each campsite is allowed 1 camper or tent. Additional tents on a site are $10.00 per night per tent. You must register your additional tent at the office at reservation. Unregistered tents or campers will be charged $20 per night. • Visitor policy: Each campsite is for one vehicle only. Campers are the responsibility of the guest. Visitors must leave by 10pm unless they are registered guests. Visitors arriving after 8pm must register as an as overnight guests and pay a fee of $12.00. All other guests must purchase a day pass; children under 4 are free, 12 and under $5 and persons 12 and older $8 per person, unregistered guests will be asked to leave the park. Guests found that did not register will be charged double! • Please follow the instructions of all Park Staff and park signage. The number of people on your site may be regulated by park management. Outdoor amenities close at dusk. • The speed limit through-out the entire park is 5mph. Please drive slowly and watch out for children and pets. Pets are the responsibility of the owner, please be courteous and clean up after your pet. We are a pet friendly resort but pets must be walked on a leash and may not disturb other guests. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or exotic pets. Pets are not allowed on the beach. • Trash should be put in the dumpsters as indicated on the site map. Please keep your site clean and leave it as you found it. Please be courteous of the other guests and use only roadways and access paths. Walking or biking through campsites is prohibited. Grey water must be contained and disposed of at the dump station. It’s the law. • Campfires must never be left unattended and trash burning is prohibited. Campfires must always be contained within the designated fire ring. Safety first; strictly prohibits items or actions including: firearms, fireworks, (including firecrackers) loud or disorderly conduct and foul language. • Motorcycles may only be driven from the park office registration area to your site. All bicycle riders should wear helmets. Bike riding after dark is not allowed for safety reasons. Absolutely no ATVs allowed in the park. I have carefully read, clearly understood, and accepted the terms and conditions stated herein and acknowledge that this agreement shall be effective binding upon my spouse heirs assigns personal representative and estate and for all members of my family including minor children. Visitor acknowledgement of risk
In consideration of the services of Crystal lake Campground & RV Park their officers , agents, employees, and stockholder, and all other persons or entities associated with those businesses (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Crystal Lake Campground & RV Park”, I agree as follows. Although Crystal Lake Campground & RV Park has taken reasonable steps to provide me with appropriate and skilled guides so I can enjoy an activity for which I may not be skilled. Crystal lake Campground & RV Park has informed me these activities are not without risk. Certain risks are inherent in each activity and cannot be eliminated without destroying the unique character of these activities. These inherent risks are some of the same elements that contribute to the unique character of these activities and can be the cause of loss or damage to my equipment, or accidental injury, illness, or in extreme cases, permanent trauma or death. Crystal Lake Campground & RV Park does not want to frighten me or reduce my enthusiasm for these activities, but believes it is important for me to know in advance what to expect and be informed of the inherent risks. The following describes some but not all of those risks (Swimming, sporting activities, other activities..ect..) I am aware that all activities entail risks of injury or death to any participant. I understand the description of these inherent risks is not complete and that other unknown or unanticipated inherent risks may result in injury or death. I agree to assume and accept full responsibility for the inherent risks not specifically identified. My participation in any activity is purely voluntary, no one is forcing me to participate and I elect to participate in spite of and with full knowledge of the inherent risks. I acknowledge that engaging in any activity may require a degree of skill and knowledge different than other activities and that I have responsibilities as a participant. I acknowledge that the staff of Crystal Lake Campground & RV Park has been available to more fully explain to me the nature and physical demands of any activity and the inherent risks, hazards and dangers associated with this activity. I certify that I am fully capable to participating in any activity. Therefore, I assume and accept full responsibility for myself, including all minor children in my care, custody, for bodily injury, death or loss of personal property and expenses as a result of those inherent risks, not specifically identified, and, as a result of my negligence in participating in any activity. Photo Release
hereby irrevocably grant Crystal Lake Campground & RV Park permission to use my likeness in photographs and/or other audiovisual materials in any and all of its publications, including website entries and printed materials, including the right to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute this photo for all lawful purposes, without payment or any other consideration. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears and I waive my right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the image. I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of the Campground. I have carefully read, and clearly understand and accepted the terms and conditions stated herein and acknowledge that this agreement shall be effective and binding upon me, my heirs, assigns, personal reprehensive and estate and for all members of my family, including minor children. Pet Policy
Pets are welcome…We are a pet friendly park. • All pets must be leashed at all times . • You must clean up after your pets. • Pets are not allowed on the Beach, lake swimming area or the Pool. • Pets may swim in areas of the lake not designated for human swimming. • There are no pets allowed in any of the rental units. • Unregistered pets are a $100 fee charged to credit card on file. • Any pet found to be a nuisance will be removed from the park. Barking, running free, vicious or acting in the manner of being vicious. At the discretion of the park manager.
