Cancellation Policy

For reservations cancelled/changed,  more than 72 hours in advance, a full refund, minus one night's stay will be processed.

For reservations cancelled/changed less than 72 hours in advance will forfeit a refund of any kind.

If you cancel a reservation for a long term site, there is no refund of $175 deposit unless you cancel within 24 hours of making reservation and any remaining money paid will be refunded according to policy listed above.
