We have stayed at this campground for six years now and this is the worst day we’ve ever had. It’s not mentioned anywhere that one of the bath houses has been completely destroyed and leveled. We woke up one morning to the entire camp flooded from a groundwater issue at a neighboring campsite. The actual park itself, which is one of the reasons that we go there has its issues as well. Carousel is broken. The train still broke for more than two years now the zoo that you have to pay to visit be at only a dollar but nonetheless still have to pay a dollar to see two eagles that don’t move an owl an alligator that doesn’t move a deer and a groundhog more than 60% of the cages and/or enclosures are empty. The splash pad didn’t work or wasn’t functioning. I’m really disappointed. The worst part is I booked a second trip before we even arrived and found out all of these issues and the park will not issue a refund. They can give me a rain check but no refund. I guess that’s my own fault for assuming that they were going to hold the standard they have for the previous number of years.
