Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change! To ensure a smooth process for all guests, please review our cancellation policy prior to booking.

Standard Cancellations

• More than 72 hours before check-in: Reservations canceled more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time are fully refundable, minus a $10 administrative fee.

• Within 72 hours of check-in: Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in will incur a 50% non-refundable fee of the total booking cost.

No-Shows

• Guests who fail to arrive on their scheduled arrival date without prior notification will be considered a No-Show. The entire reservation amount will be forfeited, and the site/rental will be released for re-booking.

Important Notes

• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days.

• Weather Policy: Cancellations due to weather follow the policy as outlined, unless the property is officially closed due to severe conditions.
