TERMS & CONDITIONS AND PARK POLICIES – DEE’S SANKOFA RV PARK

GENERAL AGREEMENT
By making a reservation or staying at Dee’s Sankofa RV Park, guests agree to comply with all rules, policies, and terms outlined herein. Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay for violations without refund.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee and are subject to availability.

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS
All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
Rates are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed.
A valid payment method must be kept on file for all stays.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Nightly / Weekly Stays:
• 7+ days prior: Full refund minus $25 fee
• 3–6 days prior: 50% refund
• Less than 72 hours: No refund

Monthly Stays:
• 14-day notice required
• $100 processing fee may apply

Masters Tournament Dates:
• All reservations are non-refundable

No refunds for early departures or no-shows.

OCCUPANCY LIMITS
Standard Sites: Maximum 6 guests (4 adults max)
Premium Sites: Maximum 8 guests (6 adults max)
Monthly Stays: Maximum 4 guests

All guests must be registered. Exceeding occupancy limits is not permitted.

PET POLICY
Maximum of 2 pets per site
Dogs and cats only
Pets must be leashed and supervised at all times
Owners must clean up after pets immediately
Aggressive or disruptive animals are not permitted
Pet fees apply

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Guests must respect neighboring sites at all times

SITE USE & CONDUCT
One RV per site unless otherwise approved
No tents unless assigned to designated areas
Sites must be kept clean and free of debris
No illegal activity or disorderly conduct permitted

VEHICLES & PARKING
Limit of 2 vehicles per site unless additional parking is purchased
All vehicles must be operable and properly registered
No parking on roads or unassigned areas

FISHING POLICY
Fishing is permitted for registered guests only
Catch and release only
No fishing after dark
No swimming allowed in the pond

WIFI & INTERNET
Basic WiFi is provided as a complimentary service
Premium WiFi upgrades may be available
Service is not guaranteed and may vary

SITE LOCK POLICY
Site Lock Guarantee is available for an additional fee
Specific site numbers are not guaranteed without this add-on
Fees are non-refundable

LIABILITY
Guests assume all risks associated with their stay
Management is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their children, or pets

WEATHER POLICY
No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions
Exceptions may apply in cases of mandatory evacuation orders

MANAGEMENT RIGHTS
Management reserves the right to:
• Modify policies at any time
• Reassign sites if necessary
• Remove guests for violations without refund
