Del Loma RV Park and Campground — Reviews

Unfortunately our quick stay was pretty disappointing. We arrived at 5:10 and the store/check in area was closed. We planned to buy a few dinner items and get a cot when we got there, so both those options were now unavailable. We found a handyman who told us where we could find our tent. He was friendly but couldn't do much to help us. When we booked our site it stated that it included lighting and a battery powered fan. It had neither. When bedtime came, we got into bed and I quickly realized my pillow had dried saliva on it (unfortunately I smelled it before I saw it). We checked the other pillows and one other pillow had saliva on it as well. We then pulled back the bedding. The linens were not clean. This was frankly just gross. So we slept on dirty linens for the night, and left as soon as the morning came. I have no idea why we paid over $30 for cleaning when it wasn't done. I text the number provided about our issues, and never received a response.

Del Loma RV park has really turned around ,and is just a very much more enjoyable now ,as in the the past not so much.

The park and staff are great. The new owners have done a lot of work cleaning the place up. Clean bathrooms and showers. Pool looks the best it’s been very clean and refreshing. Great kid and dog friendly park.

The camp host was very helpful and responsive to my questions. The campground was a fun place to stay.

So peaceful and a nice surprise

The grounds were well-kept, and we loved the sound of the river, which was not far from our site.

A little run down

The bed in the Knotty Pine glamping tent was horrible and falling apart. My back was killing me the next day because it was like I slept in a hammock. The slats holding up the mattress, kept falling out of one side and we put them back and then the opposite side side would fall out and it just kept going back and forth. The park itself is nice, if they were to invest in some quality beds and mattresses, and put more hooks and a shelf in the shower facilities to hold your soap and shampoo that would make a huge difference. The park was very clean.

Was excited to use the pool promised to be solar heated, what’s not heated and dirty. It was not usable. Everything run down.

stayed in the salmon deluxe cabin was wonderful except the futon could’ve been in much much better condition. The campgrounds themselves are wonderful and we had a gentleman even bring us a grill to use at our site Along with firewood, we purchased there. The pool and all the amenities are wonderful great stay thank you very much.

Staff was great. River access was a lot of fun. Camp ground itself was clean and maintained fairly well. Garbage can everywhere, which was great. We rented the cabins. The beds were completely blown out and could see and feel nothing but shape springs. Loft was dirty. Overall not bad stay just make sure you bring your own sleeping pads/air mattress if you rent the cabins.

The people there were friendly and the creek was right behind our site. The pool was refreshing. This is a smaller campsite but my kids loved all the extras this park had.

The free Wi-Fi is slow so I had to purchase the premium to stream Roku. Grounds are beautiful. People were very nice.

our stay was very quiet, it provided what we were looking for, I would also like to add the fact that the open land provided an excellent get away for my dog and I, definitely a variety of trails in open space to walk away from camp, I would definitely recommend this rv camp for anyone looking to leave the city life behind.
