I understand and accept the fact that outdoor recreation and camping in its various forms can be a hazardous activity that has many dangers and risks.  I realize that injuries are possible when engaging in this activity.  I agree, as a condition of being allowed to use the area facility and premises, that I freely accept and voluntarily assume all risks of personal injury, death or property damage, and release the City of Fergus Falls and its agents and employees from any and all liability for personal injury or property damage which results in any way from negligence, conditions on or about the premises and facilities, the operations, actions or omissions of employees or agents of the City of Fergus Falls, or my participation in activities at the DeLagoon Campground, accepting myself the full responsibility for any and all such damage of injury of any kind which may result.

In accordance with Minnesota law, nothing in this Release of Liability should be construed as releasing, discharging or waiving claims I may have for reckless, willful, wanton, or intentional acts on the part of the City of Fergus Falls, or its agents or employees.

Campground Rules:

• Campsites reservations are available by on-line registration only.  We have a 7-night maximum.
• Each site must be kept clean of trash, clutter and animal waste.
• Quiet hours are 10 pm – 8 am.
• Children must always be supervised.
• Two vehicles per campsite.
• No smoking.
• Profanity or violence towards other guests or management is grounds for immediate eviction. We are a family campground, and your language and conduct should always be suitable for all ages.
• The use of firearms, archery, paintball, slingshots, or air guns is prohibited.
• Fireworks of any kind are prohibited.
• No ATV’s, minibikes, or scooters may be ridden in the park/campground.
• Fires & Firewood – Fires are only allowed in the fire rings that are provided.  You can bring your own firewood.  No chopping of trees or burning of garbage.
• Bathroom/shower rules:
  • No smoking in bathrooms or shower area
  • No flushing of feminine products
  • No using sinks for washing dishes

• Pet rules:
  • Dogs must always be kept on a 6-foot leash
  • Dogs cannot be tied up outside and unattended
  • You are responsible for picking up after your pet
  • Loud or excessive barking will not be tolerated.
• Check-in time is 2 pm / Check-out time is 12 pm
• Not responsible for accidents.
