Terms & Conditions
General Rules
1. Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets.
2. The Park is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle
3. We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.
4. All guests must check in at the office upon arrival or by 10am the following morning if they check in after hours.
5. All Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.
6. We reserve the to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed unacceptable.
7. Visitors are welcome at the guest site between 10 am and 8 pm.
8. Visitors must park in guest parking areas.
9. Campsites are allowed 1 RV and 1 vehicle
10. Deep fryers, tiki torches and open fires are prohibited at individual sites.
11. Blowup mattresses, sleeping bags, tents, and cots are not allowed outside.
12. Maintenance of RVs or personal vehicles is not allowed on site unless approved by management.
13. Washing vehicles is not allowed onsite. Outside vendors with their own water system are allowed.
14. Clotheslines are not allowed
15. All sites are to be kept neat and clean and not overly cluttered outside of the RV. This qualification is at the sole discretion of management.
16.All normal household garbage is to be disposed of in dumpsters located around the park.
17. No large items like beds, refrigerators, or chairs are to be thrown into dumpsters. No detached trailers such as Cargo, boat, or car dolly are stored on site. There are storage areas available for an additional fee. 1 trailer may remain attached to the RV in exchange for the permitted vehicle as long as it fits in the assigned spot.
18.All guests should ensure pets and small children are always supervised.
19. Pets are never to be left alone outside the trailer in a fenced area without the owner present.
20. The use of Firearms of any type are prohibited within the park
21. No fireworks are permitted within the park.
22. Use of illegal drugs is prohibited.
23. No one without a driver’s license may operate a vehicle including golf carts within the park
24. 5 MPH within the park strictly enforced on all vehicles.
25. No archery, paintball, slingshots, or air guns are allowed to be used within the park
26. Do not walk through any occupied campsite
27. No parking of vehicles or storage of any item in currently unoccupied space
Campfires and Grilling
1. No individual campfires allowed at sites.
2. Charcoal and gas BBQs are allowed at your site. Do not dispose of charcoal on the ground or hot ashes in dumpsters. Medal trash cans at dumpster sites are for disposal of cold ashes only.
3. Do not pour cooking oil, or grease down the drains, on the ground, or at the base of trees.
4. No burning of trash
Security
1. Report any problem with your site to the management immediately.
2. No illegal activities against Federal, State, or local law allowed on site
3. Quiet hours to be maintained from 9pm to 8 am
4. Generators can only be run on site in the case of power outage
5. Unacceptable loud music or other activities will be given 1 warning and then asked to leave without a refund.
6. Profanity, abuse or violence towards other guests or Park Staff will result in immediate eviction from the Park with no refund.
Pets
1. All pets must be declared at check in
2. max 3 pets per guest.
3. Owner responsible for picking up after all pets
4. Owners with uncontrolled loud pets will be given 2 warnings and then asked to leave the park.
5. Pets cannot be left alone outside of the RV including left to sleep outside overnight.
6. Dogs to always remain on leash
7. Aggressive pets are the responsibility of the owner to maintain a safe distance from other pets and guests. A violent attack on another pet or guest is cause for eviction and owner is responsible for any vet, or medical bills incurred.
8. Pets are not allowed within the community buildings or bathrooms.
Guests assume any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agree to hold Management and Owners harmless from and indemnify Management and Owners against the same
