Your Dome is located in the back of our campground area, the third, and furthest of our three domes from the entrance, with a beautiful red rock canyon as the backdrop.
IMPORTANT TO READ: We want all expectations set right; even though you have a roof, heating and cooling, TV and other amenities, this is still a CAMPING experience.
***This dome DOES NOT have a bathroom inside the dome. There is a bathhouse at our campground that has 4 private shower rooms and 2 toilets. This bathhouse is clean and spacious. We do provide you with towels and washcloths, and the bathhouse even has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and feminine products for all our guests. From your Dome, Dome #3, it is about a
ANNOUNCEMENT:
Desert Bloom Campground is a community space. Enjoy some modern comforts within your dome, but please know this is not a luxury experience. We are a destination for travelers, families, friends, digital nomads, and are accepting of all individuals. Our campground is a special place that travelers and free spirits from around the world love, and often want to return :)
The dome is all one room containing:
-Queen bed, 1 futon (fold out) couch, and 1 fold our comfy sleeping chair.
-A little camping "Kitchenette" that includes a drinking water station, plates and cutlery, paper towels, hot plate, and a cooler (we are happy to provide ice from our cafe).
Your private outdoor space includes a deck with chairs to stargaze and a fire pit.
If you have any question about the specifics of the dome PLEASE ask us, we are happy to answer anything!
This is truly an amazing base to visit Southern Utah’s National Parks like Zion National Park (35 minutes to East Entrance), Bryce Canyon National Park (90 minutes), and Grand Canyon North Rim (2 Hrs). Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, and Antelope Canyon are also just a 1 hr 15 minute drive to Page, Arizona.
There are also so many amazing Kanab local adventures such as Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park, Belly of the Dragon, Sand Caves, pet friendly hiking, and much more!
(REOPENING SUMMER 2026) Our Cafe is the heart of our space, offering coffee, and fresh, homemade food in an extremely welcoming environment. If you are working remotely consider our space yours, and let it become your workspace. It is currently closed on Monday and Tuesdays.
Our on site hosts are always happy to suggest off the beaten path adventures! Don’t be afraid to ask for recommendations that you won’t find on traditional tourist lists.

Of all the RV parks that we stayed at on our two week vacation, this was absolutely our favorite. Desert bloom has a cool little vibe and some great scenery and hiking right off the campsite. We were bummed that the café was closed, but I’m sure it’ll be a neat little place once the renovation is done.
