Great staff! Customer service to a new level. Sites were nicely spaced apart and so close to park. Diamond Lake lodge has great food also.

The staff is amazing. We broke down on the way there. They helped provide contacts so that we could get assistance. The hosts went out of their way to help uncover a trailer issue. Showers, bathrooms and laundry are clean.

Checking in was smooth and seamless and fast with friendly organized staff. The bathroom was clean with hot water for showers but the room was a little on the cold side. It is nearby a beautiful lake but not waterfront. As with many RV parks you end up fairly close to your neighbors but better than some I have stayed at.

Nice park, nice people, no WiFi, and minimal cell coverage.

The office staff and the men that help you park your trailer are so friendly and helpful!!! And everything is so clean! And of course, Diamond Lake is beautiful!!!

The park is set up for large RVs however we have a teardrop trailer. They put us in a site that was separated from the large RVs and very private. It was a beautiful site and very private.

The park is fantastic, spacious sites, great service and very clean with full hook ups.

I had a wonderful stay at Diamond Lake RV Resort. The staff provided friendly and attentive service upon arrival, even escorting me to my site to ensure everything was in order. Their restaurant recommendations were spot-on; the pizza was amazing and definitely worth the price. Just a heads up, the sites require some leveling skills, so be prepared for that. While the lack of WiFi was a downside, it’s part of the camping experience. The staff also kept me informed about local fires, road closures, and an approaching storm, which was very helpful. Overall, it was a lovely campsite, and I would definitely recommend it!

Great, kind host. Clean facilities. Didn't give a 5 star because I didn't like the fact propane fire pits were allowed when the camp is surrounded by fires. Any type of fire under these conditions should not be allowed.

Great place ! So scenic if not forest fires . They have people to help you back in and the guy that helped me was a saint ….. Very friendly but…… they told me that crater lake had 4 fires that they left uncontained . Blamed it on them for the north entrance. I talked to the ranger and they only had one fire and it was very controlled and had nothing to do with forest service land. In fact , they had collected dead brush and plan on burning them in October. Maybe leave your trump logger opinions behind ….. also my dad was part of the forest industry and lost his job and now has been at Boeing making bank . Get with it !

The people there are wonderful. The only thing that was bad was the smoke from all the fires.

Friendly virtuous staff. Knowledgable about the area including Crater Lake and the resort facilities at the end of the lake. Wide variety of birds and ground animals. Accommodating to the emergency response personnel in the area at the time.

We booked here for our last day in the State to visit Crater Lake. Apon arriving in the area, the government website showed the area under Level One Fire evacuation. When we called for a refund, a man agreed there were fires in the area however the lake was clear. We responded we did not feel comfortable staying with possibility of needing to leave in the middle of the night. They would not refund us. Several hours later someone else called, we explained the same information. She agrued with us, cut me off in communication and would not allow me to speak a full sentence. Very unprofessional when Middle Fork is on Fire, 728 acres a flame in Crater Lake National Park. They should ashamed of themselves!
