From the time of entering the campground, checking in, and be escorted to my site, it was smooth. Everyone had a great attitude and willingness to help out in anyway. The campground is very clean and easy to get in and out.

Beautiful location, spacious campsites, clean restrooms and laundry

Only reason I rated it a 4 and not a 5 is because there was no internet. Otherwise very nice place. Great walking on trails and short drive to Crater Lake.

Staff was very friendly. They were willing to refund our third night if we decided to leave early due to the smoke. Bathrooms very clean. No wifi - but that was fine with us.

We had to cancel our original reservation due to extensive wild fires that shut down the main highway (highway 97) to get to Diamond Lake RV Park from Bend and when we explained what happened and the only way to get there was a 5 hour detour, making us late for check in, we were told we would have to park at the pizza place and could get in the morning but would be charged for the whole night. Diamond Lake stated "well you can come in at 0800, which is 4 hours sooner than normal check in". Their reasoning was because the location was far back in the woods and we would "need" to be escorted to our hook up site before sundown. When we finally got to the location and our hook up site, the next day, it was literally all self explanatory and we could have come in the night before. Also we got charged a 10.00 cancellation fee (since we could not use our previous reservation for the night before due to 65 active wild fires) basically "an act of God". Diamond Lake RV did not want to work with us and basically told us "well other people got here". Poor hospitality.

Very friendly and organized. On my last either I had to evacuate due to a forest fire. The staff was calm and informative. Other than that the facilities were clean and well maintained. It is in a great location across the street from Diamond Lake and very handy to Crater Lake and several waterfalls in the area.

If you want to unplug, this is the place to go! Beautiful. Quiet. Lots of birds and chipmunks to watch. VERY clean restrooms and laundry rooms. Super close to Crater Lake NP. We had mechanical issues the morning we were supposed to leave. John called my RV dealer’s service department (in Texas) to see how to fix my issue! He and Jim had us on the road in no time! The ONLY thing is there is NO WiFi or phone reception. But there is so much to do that is close by, you won’t really miss it!

Cost, to tight of camp sites, having to park my boat away and out of my sight. Bathroom was ok, very dusty, and too many rules.

We arrived early and had to wait a bit to check in but they got us in a few minutes early. John, Jim and Scott got us escorted in and made us feel welcome. Very nice crew. Clean bathrooms too.

Really wonderful folks running the resort. Clean, friendly service, availability was amazing, site had great walking, etc. The only item was that they told us I could have another van/sleeper in my location and then when the gal went to check in, they said no. it was fixed easily, but a little surprise.

Good location, campground was so clean and well taken care of! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Diamond Lake is within walking distance and beautiful.

Staff was great! Location was amazing for visiting Crater Lake. However, no cell service, TV or radio.

Nice site. Quiet. Nice folks. Zero WiFi, would not even help get on for 2 mins… Our site was on a corner right next to trash. Oh well. They cleaned the restrooms/ showers every day between 8-9am… Really. Isn’t that when we all need to go?

Super quiet, clean and beautiful park. Lots of space between sites, easy walk to lake and scenic drive to Crater Lake or other points of interest. Park staff were friendly and helpful.
