Utilities were like new, which is great. But the gravel roads and sites did not appear to have been maintained since they were put in. Had to drive through mudholes to get out. Had to wade to hook/unhook the power. Several old (really old) campers in the park and it appeared there were people living in them. Most parks wouldn't allow the stuff you see in here. Paramedics carried someone out of one of them. Sorry, but I can't recommend this park.
