We have camped here for 22 years from having our children and now grandchildren this weekend we celebrated our 8 yr old grandsons birthday and trick or trick at the campground with 7 grandchildren and our grown children what a great group of camp hosts this year they need to be there next year nice clean bathrooms and very clean sites haven’t been like this since mary and her husband several years ago

Absolutely beautiful campground! The bathrooms and showers are very clean, extremely helpful staff, well maintained grounds, and super nice level spots! Watching and listening to the bald eagles every day was magnificent as was the view along the river. I highly recommend staying here!

The people working there are so nice and helpful. We wanted to put our larger camper in a spot that wasn't rated for us. They allowed us to try and the spot worked out great.

All great campground wise, neighbors just not the best unfortunately. Something you just cant choose...luck of the draw.

Clean, roomy site and the view is Spectacular!!! We'll definitely be back!!

This is my first review of nearly anything… ever. My friends and I went to Tailwater campground to celebrate the Feast of Sukkot. Not only were the sites clean and orderly but the latrines and showers were cleaner than expected. All of the staff was great, they actually cared about everyone staying at the campground and were very personable. I will most definitely return.

The personnel there are great. They go out their way to help you and I go there all the time and I love it there. They are great personnel there and very very friendly.

This place is great the camp host are wonderful but watch out for the camp manager he really need to learn some people skills. So other than him the place is wonderful.

We love going to Douglas Tailwater. Friendly staff , clean grounds and we were able to watch three bald eagles and one juvenile. We also saw deer and plenty of water foul.

Peaceful..l Iots of wildlife...perfect by the river..scenery is gorgeous..nice people at campground..camp masters and campers

We love this campground. All of the amenities are well maintained and staff is the best.

It’s a clean and quiet place to stay. Our spot was right on the water with plenty of room. Also saw a pair of eagles across the water and an otter!!

Campground was well managed. Nice atmosphere, very quiet and clean in every way. Loved our time there, we’ll be back for another visit soon.

Fishing was good. The weather was good. As always the staff was friendly and helpful and the campground was very well kept. Bath houses always clean. We will return!
