Satisfaction Rating

First, the floors were very dirty. 5 minutes after showering, our feet were black (we took pictures of our feet if you want them). All the floors were gritty. The bed in our cabin has a huge sag in the middle - obviously an old mattress. Hard to sleep in so very disappointing. We were surprised that there wasn’t any liquid soap in the bathrooms - such a simple thing to include. We had a quarter of a roll of paper towel. Otherwise the place was just fine. That’s my feedback
