Please read through each item as some policies may have changed.
Please note that any rate changes for adults, children or pets are for reservations starting May 15th.
We cannnot refund retroactively for policy changes happening after you booked.

All reservation fees are based on 2 Adults, 4 Minor Children (under 18 Years of age) and 2 Vehicles. Additional fees will be incurred for extra adults, children (over 2 years of age), vehicles & pets not accounted for during booking process. SIX GUESTS MAX PER SITE.
Site includes up to 2 tents OR 1 RV & 1 TENT, (NO MORE THAN 2 SLEEPING ACCOMODATIONS PER SITE)
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT:
Check-in time for Campsites is 2:00pm and Cabins: 3:00pm, early arrival (before 2pm/3pm), if available is $20. Please call the office on the day of your arrival to check for availability. We do not have anywhere for you to wait if your site is not available.
There will be NO check ins after 10pm (quiet hours) unless approved by management.
Check-out time is 11am. The date on your car tag is the date you are scheduled to depart. You may not stay on property to utilize amenities after 11am. Late check out (after 11am) may be requested & accommodate if available for $20
Check out process:
- Remove all trash from site (dumpsters located by the office/exit gate)
- All fires need to be extinguished
- Turn in gate card to office or in black box by the office door
KEY CARDS/GATE ENTRANCE:
Each campsite will receive 1 key card to enter into the park.
There will be a $50 charge due to lost key cards - so please make sure to turn this in upon check out.

PETS:
Pet fees are $5 per pet.
All pets need to be listed on your reservation & provide a proof of rabies vaccination. All pets must be on a leash, under control & attended to at all times. Owners must clean up after their pets & properly dispose of waste. Bags & receptacles are available throughout the campground.
Dogs are not allowed on Beach 1; Beach 2 is our dog friendly beach that may be used.
Pet owners will be held responsibly for their pets, and management has the right to deny any dog/pet in the park due to aggression, excessive barking or other disturbances.
Please note that the $5 fee is new beginning May 2026. Reservations made before this date will not be retroactively refunded
CARS/PARKING:
ALL vehicles must have a visiable parking pass at all times while on campground property. Parking passes must be facing out to show date & site number.
Due to limited parking, there is a limit to 2 cars per site and each vehicle must show a valid parking pass.
Additionally the following are not permitted on the premises: ATV’s, dirt bikes, e-bikes & scooters over a level 1 (no throttles).
SPEED LIMIT:
The speed limit throughout the park is 5MPH. This includes, golf carts, e-bikes, scooters etc.
Please be mindful of children on bikes & playing. Violators may be asked to park or leave the property.
GOLF CARTS:
Electric golf carts are allowed on property with insurance provided.
Golf carts are to follow speed limit & quiet hours policies
Limited golf cart rentals are available - please check with the office for current prices & availability.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 pm-8:00am.
Please be courteous to other guests by adhering to quiet hours. Music, TV, and voices should not be heard beyond your campsite.
Additionally all children 17 & under need to be on their sites by 10pm.
CHILDREN:
Parents are responsible for the actions of their children. Young children must be supervised by an adult while using the playground, sports equipment, restrooms, showers & laundry. Children under the age of 15 are required to have a parent inside the pool fence with them at all times.
VISITORS:
All visitors must check in at the office and pay for a visitor pass.
Any guest that is not listed on the reservation or has not paid a visitor fee may be asked to leave.
Guest fees are: Adults : $15 per day & $10 for kids 5+ (for each adult over 2 per site there is an additional charge)
There is a MAX of 6 guests per site (2 adults & 4 children)
POOL INFORMATION:
Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. No smoking or glass inside the pool area.
Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
LAUNDRY:
The laundry room is open during store hours at this time.
You must download the Laundry Connect app to pay for laundry services.
WIFI:
WIFI is offered as a free service to our guests. This free service is intended for quick internet searches or checking email. It is not intended for streaming or gaming use. We do not guarantee any site will have WIFI access.
WEATHER:
Eastern Slope Campground is not responsible for the weather and there will be no refunds due to any inclement weather including rain or flooding.
FIREPITS:
Per Conway Fire Department - all fires must be put out by 11:30 PM
Additionally please only burn wood - no trash in firepits.
Firepits must be fully extinguished upon check out - if fires are still burning, there will be a $25 fee added to your reservation.
TRASH, WASTE & HONEYWAGON:
Please make sure that all trash makes its way into the proper trash cans.
Dumpsters are located at the exit and are for regular household trash ONLY!
There will be a $25 fee if you leave trash on your site or are caught dumping appliances, furniture or any other item not accepted by the trash company.
A dump station for gray/black tanks is available free of charge -
The honeywagon service will run 2 days per week (please check with the office for current days).
Honeywagon charges are $35 on select days; $50 for emergency calls.

All Reservations:
Cancellation After Arrival – No Refund
RV/Tent/Transient Sites:
Cancellation – (0-14 Days from reservation start date) – No Refund.
Cancellation – (15-30 Days from reservation start date) - Full Refund, minus a 25% cancellation fee on reservation total.
Cancellation – (31+ Days from reservation start date) - Full Refund, minus a 12% cancellation fee on reservation total.
Cabins/Lodging Rentals:
Cancellation – (0-30 Days from reservation start date) – No Refund.
Cancellation – (31+ Days from reservation start date) - Full Refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee on reservation total.
Seasonal Cancellations:
If you are a seasonal guest and decide to cancel your reservation, you must contact campground management. The campground will hold the $1,000 non-refundable deposit.
If cancelled before the season begins, the trailer and all site items must be removed immediatel. After April 1st. a $25/day storage fee applies until everything is removed.
Refunds for preseason cancellations (before April 1) will be issued minus the non-refundable deposit.
If the cancellation occurs during the camping season, a refund will not be issued. If the campground finds a seasonal replacement for your site, then a refund will be granted back to you in the amount of the newly sold site, less the non-refundable deposit.
Holiday Weekends:
No refunds will be issued for cancelled holiday weekend reservations.
Holidays:
Memorial Day Weekend
4th of July Week
Labor Day Weekend
Columbus Day Weekend
NOTICE: If you are due a refund, you will recieve that refund withing 5-10 business days - Most refunds are being processed manually at this time. Thank you.
Finally, please extend any courtesy to other campers that you wish you had on your vacation! We look forward to having you and are so excited to make your vacation as memorable as possible! If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to reach out!
By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Eastern Slope RV LLC, dba The Eastern Slope Camping Area for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Eastern Slope Camping Area from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that The Eastern Slope Camping Area may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. The Eastern Slope Camping Area reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.
