The park was great. The only problem we saw was one of the wash machines was broken in laundry room limiting it to one.The park was clean with nice sites

Wonderful campground to stay at. The improvement that have been made are wonderful. All sites are paved level lots. New clean private showers. Clean and efficient washer and dryers. Friendly campground workers. Valet trash pick up through out the day. Daily maintenance and up keep of the sites. Definitely will stay again.

I would give this a great rating. It’s definitely my favorites campgrounds.

Staff and facilities were awesome in spite of near 100 degree temperatures.

We were very impressed with what were for us, the new improvements around the park and campground. The sites were of good size and the paved access roads and parking pads were very nice. The laundry was a pleasant surprise as we had been on the road for almost three weeks and were in need of clean clothes! Other than walking down to the lake we did not use any of the amenities there. We were using the park as good place to camp while visiting relatives in Charlotte, so our time in the park was limited, but nice. The only hiccup, and it was minor, was the plumbers working on the sewer connection on the site next to ours, but we understood that the intent was to lower the connection, which does make a difference. All in all, a nice three night stay.

Shower rooms were clean and air conditioned. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location. Day use part of park is beautiful.

From check in to departure, we really enjoyed our trip. Staff was kind and helpful. The sites are very nice and quite spacious. All sites have a concrete slab along with a gravel area and fire ring. We were in site 51 and access was excellent. Facilities were kept very clean. We do not have small children, but the playground is absolutely stunning! Our kids would have loved it when they were younger. The pier is a lovely area to fish, picnic or just find a spot and swing and watch the boats and jet skis in the water. The beach could use some extra sand, but I hate to complain because it was clean and obviously worked on every evening. I would definitely go back!

This place is nice, clean, with everything you could possibly think of accessible. From what I heard they cleaned it up a couple years ago and my hope is it stays a secret but, we need honest reviews. I stayed in spot 4&5 of the tent areas which was peaceful.
