For late arrival arrangements, please contact our Reservation Department at (636)938-5925 but they are STRONGLY DISCOURAGED for RV sites.

Minimum Check In Age is 21 Years Old

Guests aged 17 Years Old and under at the time of check in are considered children

 Your Credit Card will be charged 1st Nights Site Charge prior to arrival.

QUIET HOURS BEGIN AT 10PM and are strictly enforced. We are a family friendly park so please be respectful of your neighbors and watch your language, loud music, and disruptive behavior. Any guests repeatedly violating this will be asked to leave without refund.

RESERVING SPECIFIC SITES/ACCOMMODATIONS: Please be advised that we CANNOT guarantee a specific site number unless you choose to pay the $30 LOCK SITE FEE.   As per industry standards, your reservation guarantees you a specific type of site/accommodation, not a specific site number. Your actual site number is received at check-in.

The maximum number of overnight guests and day visitors combined on a site may not exceed 6 persons per cottage, cabin, and tent sites. RV site maximum is 8 persons.  Visitors in excess of these maximums may purchase a day pass if day passes are still available for that specific date. 

Visitors of overnight guests must register at the General Store and pay the regular $5  add’l per person site fee. Mini-golf, train rides and fee activities are an additional cost. Visitors will receive a free parking pass that must be displayed on their vehicle.  Additional visitors will not be allowed if the reserved site is at capacity.

WRISTBAND POLICY: Each registered guest will be given a park entry wristband upon arrival. This must be worn at all times. You will only receive a wristband for each paid for and registered guest on your reservation. Any guest seen not wearing the park entry wristband will be stopped and questioned. Thank you for your cooperation on this to ensure the safety of all our guests.

There are also recreation wristbands that can be purchased to allow for unlimited mini-golf and 2 train rides every day. They are only $9.95 each if you buy them in advance or at check-in. Otherwise they are $14.95 per person.

PARKING:  There is space available for 1 vehicle per site.  Any additional vehicles can park in the gravel lot behind the general store as long as they have registered and have a visible hangtag. 

 Personal golf carts, ATVs, UTVs, electric motorbikes and scooters are PROHIBITED for the safety of all guests.

SITE CANCELLATION POLICY:

To cancel or make changes to your reservation please call our Reservation Department at (636)938-5925.

Cancellations made WITHIN 7 day(s) of check-in date are subject to a penalty of the First Night Site  Charges. (For Cancellation and change purposes, check-in date is considered to be 12:01 AM of the day on which you are scheduled to check in.) 

Cancellations made PRIOR to 7 days of check-in date are subject to only a $10 cancellation fee and the remaining deposit paid will be refundable.  Booking fees are non-refundable.

In the case of multiple Sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to EACH Site that is cancelled.

Please note that as per our 7 day cancellation policy, no refunds will be issued for early check out.

PET POLICIES:

  • Quiet and non-aggressive pets are welcome at Jellystone Park. They must be leashed. Guests staying in our cottages or cabins may bring pets but there is a $35 pet fee per stay for the 1st  pet and  $10  for each additional pet to cover the cost of specialized anti-allergy cleaning in the unit for the next guest. There is no charge for pets staying in your own RV or Camper. PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET!

  • Pets must be crated when you’re not in the cottage/cabin with them. Any damages will be charged at the full cost of repairs. Pets may not be left unattended at your site or anywhere else in the park, pets are not allowed in buildings or the pool area.

  • Service animals are exempt from our pet policy fees and restrictions.

DAY USE: Day passes are required for people coming into the park for the day but not staying overnight. A day pass includes use of the pool, facilities and participation in any of the daily free activities.

Advance reservations are REQUIRED for day use and can only be made on the day you wish to visit and only if current occupancy allows for additional guests in the park on that day. (Day passes are rarely available on Saturday in-season.) Your reservation will require full payment over the phone and that payment is non-refundable. Please call 636-938-5925 and press 0 to speak with Guest Services on the day you wish to visit to check availability and make your reservation

POLICIES FOR RENTING A GOLF CART

  1. Must be 21 years to rent and to operate

  1. Nobody under 21 can operate the golf cart & nobody who has not given their license & signed the contract may operate the cart

  1. No driving under the influence.

  1. Maximum of 4 people in cart.  If you need to make 2 trips please do so. EVERYONE MUST BE SEATED.

  1. No off roading, stay on all paved roadways, not in any wooded areas or gravel areas. The road is a one-way. Must be parked at your site by 10pm.

  1. REMOVE KEY AND ENGAGE PARKING BRAKE when the cart is not in operation. EVEN WITHOUT A KEY, IF THE BRAKE IS NOT ENGAGED IT WILL ROLL IF PARKED ON AN INCLINE.  NEVER ALLOW CHILDREN TO PLAY ALONE ON THE GOLF CART.

  1. Don't leave lights on, if you drain battery we can’t swap it with another cart.

  1. Any violation of these rules will result in taking the cart WITHOUT REFUND, especially if a child is driving. Golf carts can cause severe injury or death and destruction of property if not used responsibly.

  2. Parking for golf carts in commons areas are along the wooden fence across from the pool & also minimal spots in the upper parking lot.

  1. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES DONE TO THE CART.
