Terms & Conditions
Park Policies
Check In / Check Out
Check in is at 2 PM CST and entitles you to your site until 1 PM the day after check in. Early check in is permitted if your site is available. Please use the online check-in feature, instructions will be sent by email within a day of your arrival. Check out time is 1 PM. You do not need to contact the office for check out, unless you need to pay for an after-hours check in. Late check-ins are allowed at any time, please just contact the park for instructions.
Site Changes
You have been assigned a specific site, if you wish to move, please check with the camp host. Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible. Please inquire before moving sites.
Open Fires
Open fires are not allowed in our park. Fires must be in contained in portable fire pits, we do not have fire pits available for rent, please bring your own. The following day, cold ashes should be dumped in a steel drum near Site 6.
Parking
Please do not park your vehicle, trailer, or boat in an adjacent site. Use of more than one site will result in additional charges. Site occupancy is limited to one (1) RV or Motorhome and one (1) licensed vehicle per adult guest. The RV/Motorhome is considered the primary unit and does not count as an additional vehicle. All vehicles must be licensed and maintained in good running condition. All camping units are required to have a tow vehicle on-site daily or a self-propelled motorhome in good operating condition.
Conduct
Guests are responsible for the behavior of children. All children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older. Racetrack, infield, grandstand, stage, and barns are off limits for park attendees unless they are attending an event specific to that area.
Pet Policies
We ask that you keep your pets on a leash at all times. This helps you, your pet, and other guests’ pets stay safe. Pets are not allowed in the buildings unless classified as a service dog. Please do not tie your pet to our trees, doors, or posts. Be a good neighbor and please clean up after your pet always. Do not let your pet deposit waste on your site or any of our other guests’ sites please. Failure to clean up after your pet will result in you being asked to leave without a refund. Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors. Please note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without refund.
Vehicle Policies
The park speed limit is 5 mph. This policy is to keep you, your children, and your pets safe. Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning. Multiple warnings will require us to ask you to leave. Safety is our number one priority for our guests. Each paid guest registration covers 1 RV per site. ATV’s. Dirt Bikes, Motorcycles, and Golf Carts are not allowed unless prior approval is granted.
Severe Weather
In case of severe weather, seek shelter in the restrooms We love pets, so please bring them with you and please do not leave them in your RV during severe weather warnings.
Restrooms
For the comfort of all our guests, restrooms are open 24/7 with exception of a temporary closing for cleaning. We ask for your help in keeping the restrooms clean, please. Guests under the age of 18 need adult supervision in the restrooms and showers.
Quiet Time Policies
Quiet time is 11 PM to 8 AM. Anyone playing loud music will be warned only once and then asked to leave without a refund.
Trash Disposal
A dumpster is available near the grandstands. Please do not dispose of any motor oil, tires, cooking oil, wires, furniture, mattresses, or any toxic or hazardous waste items. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in charges for disposal fees.
Fireworks and Firearms
Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in our park. The prohibiting of fireworks includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. The prohibiting of firearms includes all guns including airsoft, BB, and pellet guns. If these items are seen outside of your RV, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
Personal Items
To maintain a tidy site, you may have a maximum of twelve (12) items larger than 12" in any dimension outside your camper, provided the total layout does not exceed 10' in any direction.

Cancellation Policy
We are happy to provide a refund minus a $10 cancellation fee for cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the reservation date. For cancellations made within a 10-day period, we can offer a refund minus a $25 fee.
Customers are responsible for all damage or destruction of property, and any injury to persons, caused by the guest or his or her family, visitor, or pets. We reserve the right to charge guests accordingly for any damage they cause to the grounds and/or campground/resort facilities, including but not limited to broken waterlines, damaged/missing connections, electric lines, landscaping, and excessive debris.
MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE, LIMIT THE LENGTH OF STAY AND THE NUMBER OF PERSONS OR VEHICLES PER SITE, AND/OR EVICT ANY PERSON OR PARTY WITHOUT A REFUND. OCCUPYING A SITE WITHOUT A VALID, PAID RESERVATION IS CONSIDERED TRESPASSING.
