Great stay and keep coming back. Absolutely love the hot pools and they have been recently resurfaced below the water level! Keep on the updates! Recommendation would be to: - Update the playground in the RV area. It’s getting a little dated. - Add food delivery to RV area - Add a big water slide or two to the pool would make it next level

Very friendly staff, clean campground, but the campground is very hard to find and you cannot make any fire.

Since it was September, camp site was really nice and quiet. Friendly staff! Enjoyed the hot springs and all the hikes around the campground.

I was trying to book into Harrison Hot Springs and the Fairmont came up instead. It didn't say exactly where it was so I booked it and lost. I headed to Harrison looking for Fairmont but was told Fairmont was close to Alberta. Wrong direction .

Loved our RV spot. The park is very well maintained with all the amenities needed while camping. The bonus of the park is the Hot Springs. There is a lot to do in the area hiking, golfing, great paved bike trail close by Looking forward to booking a site for next year.

The RV park is beautiful. Very quiet and well maintained. The surroundings are serene. The office staff were friendly and helpful. We camped in a motorhome.

Nobody or thing can get 5 stars

Best campground in the last 10 days of camping on this trip. Much better than the 4 other campgrounds we have been at.

It was great even though the lack of employees hindered services. The only thing lacking was the concession stand at the pool, the use of diving area. For us as adults lifequards was negligble. The wait staff at the bar and grill was pleasant and excellent service, especially the young man from Austrailia serving on the deck on monday evening. Campsites wereperfect. Eell maintained by courteous staff

The resort is getting very run down: the shingles on most roofs are badly in need of repair, the bottom of the pool is peeling off, a shower that was broken last year has not been repaired, the diving area has not been available for at least three years as there is no ladder to climb out of the pool, there are very few chairs to sit in when your kids are taking swimming lessons and there is now a very ugly wire fence separating the grass area from the pool. The staff is very frustrated with the lack of upkeep. Apparently the owners are building a fancy fountain instead of doing upkeep.

Everything was ready and in great shape

This was our first time to Canada and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Perfect location for leisure, hiking water spots and National Parks. The site was well maintained, staff was friendly, RV’ers were very welcoming, super pet friendly and accommodating to the fur babies. Loved this place and will definitely be back for another stay.

Had a fantastic time very clean and spacious sites with great views and walking distance to the hot springs and the hotel. Five stars and we will definitely recommend to our friends 👍
