    Their website stated that the hot springs was included when I originally booked the resort. Upon arrival I was told that it’s $12 per person/per day which I thought was ridiculous.

    Great family place. Love that the pool was discounted if you stayed there and the wifi and kids activities. Been going for 40+ years and happy to share the experience with the grandkids. Disappointed the ice cream place and gift store closed but not a deal breaker.
