Falkland RV Park Rules

  • Quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am.
  • Drunken, rowdy behaviour, profanity or excessive noise at any time will not be tolerated and can result in immediate removal from the Resort without refund.
  • Renters are responsible for the conduct of their children and visitors, and renters will be held responsible for any damages that are incurred. 
  • All visitors to the Park shall comply and be subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Park.
  • Water Pressure is set at 70 psi in the Resort. It is recommended that you use a Water Pressure Reducer
  • Breach of Rules and Regulations- the Management reserves the right to ask the renter or visitor to leave the property immediately, forfeiting any payments toward the site rental if, in the opinion of Management, they have broken the park rules.
  • All garbage and other waste material must be placed in the garbage trailer provided by the Park.
  • Do not leave any food outside that will attract animals.
  • Garbage containers are for typical household trash and garbage.
  • Recycle – there is a bin for cardboard and mixed paper. ALL CARDBOARD BOXES MUST BE FLATTENED.
  • Separate bin for hard plastics
  • Laundry- Canadian coins only, others may jam the machine.  Clean lint trap after each dryer load.  No greasy/oily rags, dog blankets/beds, etc.
  • Pets must be quiet, under control and leashed at all times. No diggers. No excessive barking. When you are absent pets are not to be left outside.
  • Renters are responsible for their designated site. A charge will be added if management has to clean up after a renter.
  • Wood burning campfires, firearms and fireworks are not allowed. Propane Fire Pits are allowed.
  • All sewer connections must be airtight and must be securely attached to the sewer connection. 
  • No more than one (1) Recreational Vehicle is allowed per RV site.
  • No repairs or oil changes shall be made to motor vehicles or RV’s on the Resort premises.
  • Renters are responsible to keep their RV sites free of debris. Not permitted: temporary awnings, tarps, washers/dryers, fridges, freezers, kitchen table and chairs, water coolers, etc. Under counter Bar Fridges will be allowed. Please place in a discreet location.
  • Checkout time is 11 am. There will be no refunds given for early departures.

Booking Policy:

The full reservation total is required at the time of booking for all stays, regardless of length.

Cancellation and Refund Policies:

  • Reservations cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival will incur a 3% cancellation fee.
  • Reservations cancelled 3 to 6 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Reservations cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival receive no refund.
  • No shows and early departures receive no refund.
