Refund Policy

Strict Cancellation Policy: including weather-related issues

• A full refund, minus the 10% cancellation fee, will be provided for reservations made 31 days or more prior to check-in.
• A 50% refund is available for cancellations made 15-30 days before check-in.
• There will be no refunds for cancellations 14 days or less before check-in.

We understand that plans can change. Unfortunately, we’re not able to change the dates of reservations arriving within the 30-day cancellation period to a future date. To secure new dates, the existing reservation must be cancelled per our policy, and a new reservation is created.

As a small business, we rely on confirmed reservations to operate and serve our guests at the highest level. For this reason, we follow the cancellation policy outlined above. However, if the resort closes due to severe weather or circumstances beyond our control, we will gladly provide a 100% refund.
