Cancellations: (14) days prior to scheduled arrival--Refund minus $35.00 processing fee. Less than 14 days prior to arrival--No refund.***No refund for special events ***

Pet Policy: NO PETS PERMITTED IN CABIN/COTTAGE. Disregarding the pet policy in cabins/cottage will result in a cleaning fee charge of $125.00 per pet. The mountain bike and horse trails are not available to pedestrians and/or pedestrians with pets.

Electric vehicle charging is $20.00 per unit per day. We reserve the right to add this charge if the option is not chosen at time of on-line check in.

Speed Limit: All vehicles must adhere to a speed of 10 MPH while in The Resort. This includes RVs, cars, trucks, golf carts, and all motorized or non-motorized vehicles.

Parking: Parking a maximum of two (non commercial non RV) vehicles are permitted per site. There is no additional guest parking permitted anywhere on the site(s) or in the park. There is no parking on uninhabited sites or on the roadway. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any RV or vehicle considered by Management to be incompatible with WhimCycleTrail RV Resort standards. Fat Tire Fest event parking is accross the street at $10.00 per day.

Water Usage: Vehicles may be washed on site at a charge of $15 per car or truck.

Change of reservation fee for cabin/cottage $35.00.

Late check out may be available for $30 an hour for maximum of 2 hours. 

We have a bathhouse with 2 bathrooms/showers. There is one outdoor hot water shower for your convenience located adjacent to the restrooms.

Privacy and Enjoyment: Quiet hours are 10:00pm-7:00am. Excessive noise, aggressive behavior, intoxication, and drug use are prohibited. 

Liability: Guests acknowledge and agree that Fauna Chalet & Whimcycle Trail Resort at Santos shall not be liable to guest, or any person or entity, for any damage or injury to any person, any loss of income, goods, wares, merchandise, or other property of guests, or any other person or entity, whether such damage, or injury to person, loss of income, goods, wares, merchandise, or other property, is caused by results from: (a) vandalism, terrorism, pollution, smoke, wind, ice, fire, steam, electricity, water, sewer, gas, or rain, or other acts of some deity; (b) the breakage, leakage, obstruction, or other defect of pipe, sprinklers, wires, appliances, plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, lighting fixtures, hookups, systems, or any other cause, unless directly caused by Whimcycle Trail Resort at Santos utility obligation; (c) conditions arising on or about the premises of the community, or from other sources or places; or (d) any act or omission of any other person or entity. Whimcycle Trail Resort at Santos shall not be liable for any such injury or damage, even though the cause of or the means of repariring such costs, expenses, lability, damage, or injury are not accessible to the guest.

Solicitation: Solicitation by outside parties, guests, or visitors is not permitted. Please notify management if you are approached by any solictor.

Occupancy: Base cabin rental rates are for up to 4 people. Maximum occupancy is six people in cabin #12 and cottage #13. 

There is absolutely no tent camping or outdoor accommodation/sleeping permitted at Fauna Chalet sites.

Release of Liability: Read Carefully as this affets your Legal Rights: In exchange for participation in the activity of Exercise Equipment Rental organized by Fauna Chalet LLC, of 3085 SE 95th St Site 13 Ocala, Florida 34480 and/or use of the property, facilities, and services of Fauna Chalet LLC, I, _____________________________________________, of _______________________________________________________________, agree for myself and (if applicable) for the members of my family, to the following: 1. Agreement To Follow Directions, I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by Fauna Chalet LLC, or the employees, representatives, or agents of Fauna Chalet LLC.  2. Assumption of the Risks and Release. I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the above-described activity and assume full responsibilty for personal injury to myself and (if applicable) my family members, and further release and discharge Fauna Chalet LLC for injury, loss, or damage arising out of my or my family's use of or presence upon the facilities of Fauna Chalet LLC whether caused by the fault of myself, my family, Fauna Chalet LLC or other third parties. 3. Indemnification. I agree to indemnify and defend Fauna Chalet LLC against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgements, costs, or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my or my family's use or presence upon the facilities of Fauna Chalet LLC.  4. Fees. I agree to pay for all damage to the facilities of Fauna Chalet LLC caused by any negligence, reckless, or willful actions by me or my family. 5. Applicable Law. Any legal or equitable claim that may arise from participation in the aboce shall be resolved under Florida law. 6. No Duress. I agree and acknowledge that I am under no pressure or duress to sign this agreement and that I have been given a reasonable opportunity to review it before signing. I further agree and acknowledge that I am free to have my own legal counsel review this agreement if I so desire. I further agree and acknowledge that Fauna Chalet LLC has offered to refund any fees I have paid to use its facilities if I choose not to. 7. Arm's Length Agreement. This agreement and each of its terms are the product of an arm's length negotiation between the Parties, in the event any ambiguity is found to exist in the interpretation of this agreement or any of its provisions, the Parties, and each of them explicitly reject the application of any legal or equitable rule of internation which would lead to a construction either "for" or "against" a particular party based upon their status as the drafter of a specific term, language, or provision giving rise to such ambiguity. 8. Enforceability. The invalidity or unenforceability of any other provision of this agreement, whether standing alone or as applied to a party ??? occurrence or circumstance, shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this agreement or of any other application of such provision, as the case may be. Such invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed not to be a part of this agreement. 9. Emergency Contact. In case of an emergency, please call ___________________________ (Relationship)______________________at, ________________________Says or Evening.  I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND UNDERSTAND IT.
