Terms & Conditions

Riding charges: 

  • Wristbands are $20 per person per day for riding.  If you are in the park on a machine you are considered riding.  

  • You must sign a waiver and pay the entrance/riding fee BEFORE you enter the park. 

  • The front office is open 9am to 9pm Saturday and Sunday to pay riding fees, purchase merchandise, or speak to an employee.

  • Camping check-in is at 4PM, and check-out is 10AM.  If you stay after 10AM you will be billed a late checkout fee.  If you plan on riding on past checkout day please stop by the front office and purchase a day riding pass band.  Each day requires a different band color.

  • Kids 10 and under are free

  • ENTRY/RIDING FEES ARE IN ADDITION TO CAMPING FEES

  • Vehicle recovery is $250

  • Riding the trails requires a waiver form found HERE or on your pre-arrival email. 

Summer Policy: July 1st - August 31st 2025 

  • Hours of riding for day riders is 8am until 9pm. Overnight riding is allowed on event and holiday weekends only. 

  • Day riding ends at 9pm. Riding for campers ends at 10pm. Quiet hours begin at 11pm until 8am. 

Early Check-In Policy

Early check-in is available for all cabins and RV sites for a $25 fee, plus any additional fees for the day of arrival. Guests may request an early check-in as early as 12:00 PM, if available through our housekeeping schedule. 

We require a minimum 36-hour notice for all early check-in requests to ensure our housekeeping team has adequate time to prepare your accommodation.

Late Checkout Policy

Late checkout is available for all cabins and RV sites for a $25 fee, plus any riding fees for the day of departure. 

Late checkouts are subject to availability, so please contact the park in advance to confirm if it’s possible. 479-900-7380 

 

15+ Days in Advance 

Site Types: Dry Camping, 30 AMP, 50 AMP, Loft Cabin, 4-Plex 

Cancellation: Full refund minus a $15 processing fee.

Reschedule or site change: Customers may make changes on their end. 

8-14 Days in Advance 

Site Types: Dry Camping, 30 AMP, 50 AMP, Loft Cabin, 4-Plex

Cancellation: 50% refunded back to the original method of payment. 

Reschedule or site change: We will charge a $25 rescheduling fee. 

0-7 Days in Advance

Site Types: Dry Camping, 30 AMP, 50 AMP, Loft Cabin, 4-Plex

Cancellation: No refund.

Reschedule or site change: No reschedule.


Cancellation Policy
Cancelling your reservation on the day of or 7 days in advance of your stay will result in no refund. Cancelling your reservation 8 to 14 days in advance of your stay, you will be refunded half of your total stay. Cancellations 15 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $15 processing fee.  


Refund Policy
There will be no refunds after you have checked in, for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations, or disorderly conduct.  Manager/Owner reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds. 

By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Fidler's Bend Outdoor  for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quality RV Resorts from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Fidler's Bend Outdoor may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Fidler's Bend Outdoor reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.

Alcohol Policy: Alcoholic beverages or mind-altering substances (which may impair a person's judgement) are NOT allowed in the trail riding areas. Alcoholic beverages may be consumed responsibly in the campground area only. 

Pet Policy: We welcome well-behaved pets to join you during your stay at Fidler's Bend Outdoor Adventure. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests and their furry companions, please review and adhere to the following guidelines:

We charge a daily pet fee of $20 per night for all cabins including our tiny homes and 4-plexes. 

  • Not allowed in bedding: Pets are not allowed to lay or sleep in the beds. 

  • Maximum Capacity: Up to two pets with a combined weight no greater than 60 pounds are allowed. Unless you have specific permission through management. 

  • Leashes Required: All pets must be kept on a leash at all times while on the property, including outdoor common areas.

  • No Unattended Pets: Pets are not permitted to be left alone in cabins, rooms, or vehicles at any time. Unless your pet is left in a kennel or cage.

  • Clean Up After Pets: Please clean up after your pet promptly, both indoors and outdoors. The dumpster is available at the entrance of the campground.

  • Noise and Behavior: Excessive barking or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to ask guests to remove disruptive pets from the premises.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep Fidler's Bend a welcoming and safe environment for all. 

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Fidler's Bend Outdoor or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property or thing howsoever caused.

The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.

As a reminder when riding or in the campground you are responsible for the safety of yourself and your passengers. BE SMART, BE SAFE!
