Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policies:

• Reservations cancelled at least 29 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
• Reservations cancelled between 14 and 28 days received a 50% refund.
• Reservations cancelled between 7 and 13 days received a 25% refund.
• Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival receive no refund.
• No shows and early departures receive no refund.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to michelle@finleyandjames.com or through our online booking system.  Phone or verbal requests are not accepted.  We will confirm receipt via email. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
