Cancellation/Refund Policy

We look forward to welcoming you to the campground! Because our camping season is short and weekend sites are highly sought after, we enforce the following policies regarding cancellations and date changes:

• 14+ Days Notice: Cancellations receive an 80% refund.

• 4–13 Days Notice: Cancellations receive a 50% refund.

• 3 Days or Less Notice: No refunds are issued for last-minute cancellations.

• Date Transfers (15+ Days Notice): You may request to move your reservation to a different weekend within the current camping season up to 15 days before arrival, subject to availability. Any rate increases for peak or holiday weekends will apply at the time of the transfer.

• Late Adjustments: Within 14 days of your arrival date, reservations are locked and cannot be transferred to a future weekend. Any late changes or cancellations during this window will be processed under the standard refund tiers listed above.
