These Terms are binding on you and all members of your party.

NOTE FROM FIREFLY MEADOWS: Firefly Meadows RV Park & Campground ("Firefly Meadows") exists to provide a clean, safe, and welcoming outdoor experience for every guest who stays with us. These Guest Policies, Terms & Conditions are not designed to be restrictive; rather, they exist to ensure that every Guest and family enjoys a peaceful, well-maintained environment that we are all proud to share. We ask that every Guest read these Terms, not as fine print, but as a shared commitment to the kind of park experience we are all here for. We enforce them consistently, fairly, and appreciate your cooperation. When everyone respects these standards, Firefly Meadows is a place where memories are made, and Guests return year after year. Thank you for choosing Firefly Meadows. We are glad you are here.

1. RESERVATION & NATURE OF STAY

1.1 License — Not a Lease

These terms constitute a temporary campsite license, similar to a hotel stay. They do NOT create a lease, tenancy, or any long-term property rights. Firefly Meadows maintains full ownership and control of the property at all times. You expressly agree that landlord-tenant laws do not apply to these Terms or your occupancy.

1.2 Site Assignment

Your site is confirmed at the time of reservation. Firefly Meadows reserves the right to reassign you to a comparable site at any time prior to or during your stay at its sole discretion. Site lock fees are available at the time of booking. Firefly Meadows is not liable for any inconvenience resulting from a reassignment.

1.3 Permitted Use

Your site is reserved exclusively for personal, recreational camping with a motor vehicle or trailer, that includes living quarters designed for accommodation. Permitted vehicles include Class A, B, and C motorhomes, 5th wheels, and travel trailers. Tents may be used only at designated tent sites, if available. The following are NOT permitted:

• Using your site or RV as a permanent residence

1.4 RV Standards

All RVs must be self-contained, operable, and in good cosmetic condition. RVs must look and function as originally designed. The following are NOT acceptable:

• Structural damage, duct tape, or excessive caulk on the exterior

• Unsightly or missing panels, doors, windows, or shrouds

• Air conditioning units added through walls or windows (unless pre-approved; see Section 3.6(c), which requires registration and a supplemental utility fee for any approved unit)

Firefly Meadows has sole discretion to determine whether an RV meets these standards and may refuse check-in or require removal of non-compliant units.

1.5 No Transfers

Your reservation may not be transferred or assigned to any other person without Firefly Meadows' prior written consent.

1.6 Minimum Age and Bookings

The Guest reservation holder must be at least 21 years old to book as site, and must be present during the stay.

2.3 Late Check-Out

Late check-out may be available for a fee of $15.00 until 12:00 PM, subject to site availability and prior management approval. Firefly Meadows reserves the right to remove your unit at your expense if you remain on-site without authorization.

2.4 Late Arrivals

If you expect to arrive after office hours, please notify Firefly Meadows in advance. Your arrival information will be made available at the park entrance. Prior acceptance of these Terms via Campspot is required before arrival.

2.5 Extensions

Extensions are subject to site availability and payment of applicable fees at then-current rates. Firefly Meadows cannot guarantee availability beyond your original reservation dates.

2.6 Reservation Modification

Reservation modifications may occur only 72 hours or more prior to your arrival date but are not guaranteed, are subject to availability, and then-current rates and change fees. To request a change to your arrival date, site, or departure date, contact our office by phone or email.

3. FEES & PAYMENT

3.1 Site Fees

All site fees are set forth in your Campspot reservation confirmation. Payment is due in full at the time of booking or check-in, as applicable. All rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes. All rates are subject to change.

3.2 Payment Methods

Firefly Meadows accepts major credit and debit cards processed through Campspot. Credit card payments may be subject to a processing surcharge disclosed at checkout. We do not accept personal checks or cash. All guests must maintain a valid credit card on file. Outstanding balances incurred during your stay will be automatically charged to the card on file. Guests licensing a site for an extended stay (i.e., 30 days or more) may pay by credit card, debit card, or ACH. Applicable payment processing fees may apply.  See Section 3.8 for the full authorization to charge the card on file.

3.3 Payment Terms & Deposits

Short-term stays (i.e., less than 30 days) are paid in full at the time of booking to secure the reservation, as specified during the booking process. Extended stays of 30 days or more require a refundable deposit plus payment in full for the first month (or mid-month prorated amount plus the following month) at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Extended-stay guests agree to be automatically charged their reservation fees on or before the 3rd of the month, for the coming month. Mid-month arrivals will be prorated for the first month and also billed for the full following month. Payments will be automatically debited from the credit card on file. Deposit amounts vary by length of stay.

3.4 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via Campspot or directly to Firefly Meadows management.

The following policy applies to short-term stays:

• Cancellations made 4 or more days prior to the day of arrival: full refund of deposit to original payment method, less any applicable booking fees, and a cancellation fee of $20.00

• Cancellations made 3 days or less prior to the day of arrival, no-shows, or early departures: no refund

The following policy applies for extended stays:

• Monthly reservations canceled 14 or more days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a refund of amounts paid, less the nonrefundable reservation fee of $20.00

• Monthly reservations canceled fewer than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date will forfeit their deposit

• After check-in, monthly stays are nonrefundable, including for early departure.

Firefly Meadows is not responsible for refunds due to weather, illness, or other events beyond our control. Trip insurance is recommended and may be available at checkout. No refunds due to discomforts of nature. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

3.5 Additional Charges

You are responsible for any charges incurred during your stay beyond the base site fee, including but not limited to: utility fees and charges under Sections 3.6 and 3.7, extra vehicle fees, late check-out fees, key fob replacement fees, pet fees, damage-related charges, fines, firewood, ice, propane, and camp store goods for sale.

All such amounts will be charged to your card on file.

3.6 Electric and Utilities — Included in Site Fee; Fair Use Required

Included Utilities. For extended stays of thirty (30) days or more, the monthly site fee includes electric, water, sewer/septic, and trash service for Normal Use of the Guest’s unit. Firefly Meadows provides these utilities as part of one simple monthly rate; in exchange, fair and reasonable use is expected, and excessive or abusive consumption is not permitted. “Normal Use” means operation of the appliances, heating, and cooling equipment originally installed by the manufacturer in the Guest’s recreational vehicle or in a Firefly Meadows rental unit, operated in the manner and for the purposes intended by the manufacturer. Utilities are provided for personal, recreational occupancy only.

Guest agrees that the flat monthly fees set forth in this Section and in the Fee Schedule (Exhibit A) represent a reasonable, good-faith estimate of the additional electric consumption and administrative cost associated with the equipment and conditions described; that actual damages would be difficult or impossible to determine; and that such fees are compensatory and are not intended as a penalty.

Supplemental Equipment. Approval and Registration Required. The following equipment is outside Normal Use and may not be operated at any site or in any rental unit without Firefly Meadows’ prior written approval and registration:

• Portable, freestanding, or plug-in electric space heaters of any type

• Portable, window, or through-wall air conditioning units, and any supplemental cooling equipment

• Any supplemental heat source not originally installed by the manufacturer of the unit

• Secondary refrigerators, freezers, or beverage coolers

• Electric vehicle charging of any kind, at any amperage, from any park power source

• Electric kilns, welders, smokers, compressors, or shop equipment

• Any other appliance or equipment drawing more than 1,000 watts on a sustained basis

Registration is straightforward and encouraged. A Guest may request approval simply by contacting management. Approved equipment is subject to the applicable monthly supplemental utility fee set forth in the Fee Schedule (Exhibit A). Approval may be conditioned on equipment type, safety inspection, and available electrical capacity at the site, and may be revoked at any time. Nothing in this Section restricts a Guest’s use of the heating and air conditioning equipment originally installed in the Guest’s unit.

Unregistered Equipment. Operation of equipment listed in Supplemental Equipment above without approval is a violation of these Terms. In addition to any other remedy, Firefly Meadows may (i) assess the unregistered equipment fee set forth in the Fee Schedule (Exhibit A) for each such item, retroactive to the first day of the calendar month in which the equipment is identified, and (ii) require immediate removal or disconnection of the equipment. Payment of any fee does not cure the violation, does not create a right to continue operating the equipment, and does not waive Firefly Meadows’ right to require removal or to terminate the stay.

Prohibited Regardless of Approval. Hot tubs, spas, and pools of any kind; cryptocurrency mining equipment, server arrays, and similar continuous-load computing equipment; indoor cultivation or grow lighting; and any equipment used in commercial activity are prohibited on the property and will not be approved.

Safety Requirements. Portable heating equipment is a leading cause of fire in recreational vehicles. Any approved supplemental heating or cooling equipment must be UL- or ETL-listed; must have functioning tip-over and overheat protection; must be plugged directly into a permanently installed interior receptacle (never into an extension cord, power strip, or exterior outlet); must never be operated unattended or while occupants are sleeping; and must be kept clear of bedding, furnishings, and combustible materials. Firefly Meadows may immediately disconnect or require removal of any equipment it deems unsafe, without prior notice.

Reservation of Rights. If submetering or billback of electric service later becomes permitted by the electric district or by applicable law, Firefly Meadows may transition to measured billing upon thirty (30) days’ written notice, with a corresponding good-faith adjustment to site fees.

Seasonal Rates. Site fees may vary by season and by site classification. Any seasonal rate applicable to a Guest’s stay will be disclosed at the time of booking or renewal.

3.7 Electrical Service, Pedestal Use, and Overload

Service Classification. Site fees are based in part on the electrical service the Guest’s unit uses (30-amp or 50-amp). A Guest whose unit draws 50-amp service will be charged at the 50-amp rate for the applicable site type, regardless of the rate originally quoted. Guests may not use adapters or other means to draw current in excess of the service rating of the site.

No Tampering. Guests may reset the breaker serving their own site. Guests may not open any pedestal enclosure, alter or replace any breaker or wiring, modify the pedestal in any way, or connect to any pedestal other than the one serving their assigned site. Repeated breaker trips must be reported to management immediately rather than repeatedly reset.

Overload and Damage Charges. Guest is responsible for all costs arising from overloading, misuse, or damage to electrical infrastructure caused by the Guest, the Guest’s unit, guests, or equipment, including staff callouts, breaker and pedestal repair or replacement, licensed electrician charges, and damage to park distribution equipment. Such costs will be billed at actual cost plus a twenty percent (20%) administrative fee and charged to the card on file. As a courtesy, the first staff reset callout during a Guest’s stay is provided at no charge; subsequent callouts are subject to the callout fee in the Fee Schedule (Exhibit A).

Surge Protection Required. Each Guest must use a surge protector or electrical management system rated for the service in use. Firefly Meadows is not responsible for damage to any unit, appliance, or personal property resulting from power surge, fluctuation, outage, phase loss, or overload, whether or not caused by another Guest.

Repeated Overload. Where a Guest’s equipment repeatedly exceeds the capacity of the site service, Firefly Meadows may require the Guest to reduce load, relocate the Guest to a site with greater capacity at the applicable rate, or terminate the stay.

3.8 Card on File; Authorization to Charge

Card Required. Each Guest must maintain a current, valid credit or debit card on file with Firefly Meadows at all times during the stay and for thirty (30) days following departure. Guest must update the card on file within three (3) days of any expiration, replacement, cancellation, or loss.

Authorization. Guest expressly authorizes Firefly Meadows to charge the card on file, without further authorization, for any amount owed under these Terms, including: (i) recurring site fees and applicable taxes; (ii) supplemental utility fees under Section 3.6; (iii) electrical, overload, and callout charges under Section 3.7; (iv) winterization non-compliance fees under Section 4.8; (v) damage, repair, cleaning, disposal, and towing charges; (vi) pet fees and fines; and (vii) any other charge authorized by these Terms. Extended-stay Guests paying by ACH separately authorize Firefly Meadows to initiate recurring debits to the account provided, and this authorization remains in effect until revoked in writing with thirty (30) days’ notice and payment of all outstanding balances.

Notice of Charges. For charges other than scheduled site fees, Firefly Meadows will provide the Guest with written notice by email or text, at or before the time of charge, itemizing the charge and the basis for it.

Declined Payment. If any payment is declined, the balance is immediately due, a declined payment fee as set forth in the Fee Schedule (Exhibit A) will be assessed, and Firefly Meadows may terminate the stay under Section 14.1 if the balance is not cured within five (5) days.

Disputes and Chargebacks. Guest agrees to contact Firefly Meadows management to resolve any billing question before initiating a dispute or chargeback with the card issuer. Guest agrees that initiating a chargeback for a charge validly incurred under these Terms is a material breach, and that Guest is responsible for any chargeback, bank, and reasonable collection costs, including attorney’s fees.

Survival. This authorization survives departure and termination as to any amount incurred during the stay.

4. OCCUPANCY & SITE USE

4.1 Maximum Occupancy

Each site may accommodate up to 6 guests (including adults and children over 3 years of age) unless a higher maximum is expressly specified for a particular site. All Guests — including visitors — must be registered through Campspot. You are responsible for ensuring all persons at your site comply with these Terms and all park rules.

4.2 Visitors

Daytime visitors (arriving between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM) must be registered with management and may be subject to a day-use fee. No overnight visitors are permitted without prior written approval and payment of applicable charges. Visitors must leave the park by 10:00 PM unless registered as overnight guests.

4.3 Vehicles & Parking

Each site is permitted one (1) primary RV unit and up to two (2) additional passenger vehicles, as registered in your Campspot reservation. All vehicle license plates must be registered with management.

• All vehicles must be parked within your designated site boundaries

• No parking on grass, empty sites, roadways, or neighbor sites

• No commercial vehicles permitted on the property

• Motorcycles may be operated on the property, but no recreational riding is allowed. Motorcycles may be used only for ingress and egress at idle or low speeds.

• No ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, or other off-road vehicles permitted

• No golf carts. Golf cart use is for Firefly Meadows and its staff only

• Damaged or unsightly vehicles are not permitted on the property

Vehicles in violation of parking rules may be towed at the owner's expense with no prior notice required. Firefly Meadows is not responsible for towing costs.

4.4 Speed Limit

The park speed limit is 5 MPH at all times. This applies to all vehicles, including golf carts and bicycles. Please slow down — children and pedestrians share the roadways.

4.5 Site Condition & Appearance

Guests are expected to maintain a clean, orderly, and visually acceptable campsite throughout their stay. The following are NOT permitted:

• Indoor furniture (sofas, chairs, kitchen tables, refrigerators, freezers) outside your RV.

• Tents or 'easy-up' shade structures for more than 7 consecutive days without management

approval.

• Tarps covering any portion of your RV or campsite.

• Temporary fencing higher than 60 inches, and unless otherwise approved by management, limited to the footprint area beneath your awning. All temporary fencing must be freestanding and may not be affixed to the ground with concrete, stakes, or permanent hardware. All fencing must be removed upon departure.

• Storage of commercial equipment, tools, or business materials

• The American flag, state flags, current U.S. military flags, and sport teams flags are the only flags allowed to fly. No other flags are permitted.

• Clotheslines.

Management has sole discretion to require the removal of any item deemed unsightly or inconsistent with park standards.

4.6 Recreational Use Only — Not a Residence

Your campsite is a recreational site and temporary lodging, not a primary residence. These Terms create only a revocable license, not a lease, tenancy, or any property right. Firefly Meadows will enforce occupancy standards consistent with applicable Nebraska law. Standard reservations and continuous stays may not exceed 180 days in any rolling 12-month period without prior written approval from Firefly Meadows. Guests anticipating an extended stay beyond 180 days are encouraged to contact management in advance. Written approval may be granted at management's sole discretion. Guests with consecutive or back-to-back reservation periods must vacate the property for a minimum of 7 consecutive days between reservation periods, unless a specific written exception has been granted by management in advance. By completing a reservation, each Guest represents and warrants that they maintain a permanent primary residence at an address other than Firefly Meadows. Firefly Meadows reserves the right to request reasonable documentation of an alternative primary residence and to conduct periodic occupancy reviews to ensure compliance with this policy and applicable law.

4.7 Temporary Structures & Winterization

Permanent structures of any kind are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal at the Guest's expense.

Temporary structures—defined as any addition, enclosure, screen, awning extension, or similar installation beyond factory-standard RV equipment—require prior written approval from Firefly Meadows management before installation. To qualify for approval, a temporary structure must: (a) be fully removable without concrete, ground penetration, or permanent fasteners; (b) not encroach upon neighboring sites or obstruct roadways or emergency access; (c) not, in the sole judgment of management, constitute an eyesore or detract from the visual character of the park; and (d) be completely removed upon departure.

Functional winterization products, including commercially manufactured RV skirting, pipe insulation wrap, and heat tape, are permitted without prior written approval, provided they: (a) are manufacturer-designed products intended for RV winterization use; (b) involve no ground penetration, concrete, or permanent attachment; (c) do not extend beyond the footprint of the RV; and (d) are fully removed upon departure. Custom-built or non-standard winterization enclosures require prior written management approval and are subject to the temporary structure standards above. Winterization is required during the period set forth in Section 4.8.

Management has sole discretion to require modification or removal of any structure or installation that does not comply with these standards.

4.8 Required Winterization (October 15 – April 15)

Applicability. Any Guest whose stay includes any portion of the period from October 15 through April 15, or as otherwise notified by Management, must winterize the Guest’s unit in accordance with this Section, at the Guest’s sole expense.

Deadline. Winterization must be complete by October 15, or within seven (7) days of arrival for Guests arriving after October 8. Management may grant a short extension in writing where weather permits.

Required Measures:

  • Skirting. The full perimeter of the unit must be skirted using commercially manufactured RV skirting or rigid insulation board with a finished exterior face. Skirting must be secured against wind, fit the footprint of the unit, permit access to utility connections, and be black, white, gray, tan, or a color matching the unit. Tarps, plastic sheeting, hay or straw bales, loose plywood, scrap lumber, and similar materials are not permitted. Skirting must be installed without concrete or permanent attachment; removable ground pins or stakes are permitted.

  • Water. A heated, potable-water-rated, UL-listed water hose is required. Exposed supply lines, the city water connection, and any exterior filter or regulator must be insulated and heat-taped as needed to prevent freezing.

  • Sewer. Sewer hose must be fully supported, sloped continuously toward the outlet, and insulated or heat-taped. The dump valve must remain closed except when actively dumping.

  • Propane as Primary Heat. Guest must maintain an adequate supply of propane at all times and use the unit’s propane furnace as the primary heat source. Factory-installed heat pumps may be used as supplemental heat within the manufacturer’s design parameters. Units not equipped with propane heating require prior written approval and are subject to the all-electric supplemental utility fee set forth in the Fee Schedule (Exhibit A).

  • Minimum Temperature. Interior temperature must be maintained at or above 50°F at all times, including during any absence, to prevent freezing of the unit and of connected park infrastructure.

  • Holding Tanks. Tank heaters must be used where the unit is so equipped. Tanks may not be permitted to freeze.

  • Absences. Guests must notify management in advance of any absence exceeding seventy-two (72) hours between October 15 and April 15, and must either maintain heat or fully winterize and disconnect water.

  • Snow and Ice. Guests must keep their site entrance, steps, and utility connections clear of snow and ice. Snow may not be piled on neighboring sites, roadways, pedestals, or fire hydrants.

Inspection and Cure. Management may inspect the exterior of any unit and its utility connections for compliance. Where a unit is found non-compliant, Firefly Meadows will provide written notice identifying the deficiency, and the Guest will have ten (10) days from the date of notice to cure.

Non-Compliance Fee. If a deficiency is not cured within the cure period, a winterization non-compliance fee as set forth in the Fee Schedule (Exhibit A) will be assessed for each month, prorated daily, during which the unit remains non-compliant. The parties agree this fee is a reasonable estimate of the additional electric consumption attributable to an unwinterized unit, which cannot be individually measured, and is not a penalty. Payment of the fee does not cure the violation, does not waive Firefly Meadows’ right to require compliance, and does not limit its right to terminate the stay under Section 14.1.

Damage. Guest is responsible for all damage resulting from failure to winterize, including frozen or burst waterlines, damaged hydrants, sewer connections, or pedestals, billed at actual cost plus a twenty percent (20%) administrative fee.

Removal. All winterization materials must be removed by April 30 or upon departure, whichever is earlier, and the site restored to its original condition.

5. PET POLICY

5.1 Permitted Pets

Domestic dogs and cats only are permitted. No exotic animals, livestock, reptiles, poultry, or other animals are allowed on the property.

5.2 Registration & Records

All pets must be registered at check-in. Vaccination records must be current and available for management review upon request. All pets must wear a collar with owner name and contact information.

5.3 Leash & Supervision

• Pets may not be left unattended outside the RV — no tying, crating, or penning outside without direct supervision

• Pets must not be left unattended inside your RV for unreasonable periods

5.4 Aggressive and Restricted Pets

Aggressive pets are strictly prohibited. For insurance reasons, the following breeds, including mixes, are not permitted: Pit Bull-type dogs, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows, Wolf hybrids, and any dog with a history of aggression or bite incidents. Firefly Meadows reserves the right to deny any animal deemed unsafe and may require immediate removal at any time. By registering a pet, you represent and warrant that your pet has no known history of aggression.

5.5 Waste & Disturbances

Pet waste must be collected immediately and disposed of in designated waste receptacles. A $50.00 fee per incident will be charged for failure to comply. Excessive barking or other disturbances must be controlled at all times. Repeated disturbances may result in required removal of the pet or termination of your stay.

5.6 Restricted Areas

Pets are not permitted in the office, restrooms, laundry facilities, pool area, or any other areas posted as pet-free.

5.7 Pet Liability

You are solely responsible for any injury, property damage, or disturbance caused by your pet. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Firefly Meadows from all claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your pet's actions or presence on the property. If your pet causes a disturbance resulting in refunds being issued to other guests, you will be responsible for those refund costs.

5.8 Service Animals

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, service animals accompanying persons with disabilities are welcome in all areas of the park, including areas where pets are otherwise prohibited. No pet fees or documentation of disability are required for service animals. Certification of service animal status is not required.

6. QUIET HOURS, CONDUCT & COMMUNITY STANDARDS

6.1 Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. During quiet hours:

• All generators must be off

• Music, television, and other audio must not be audible beyond your site

• Vehicle engines must not be idled unnecessarily

• Children must be on your site or inside your RV

Excessive noise is prohibited at all times of day, not only during quiet hours. Firefly Meadows will not tolerate behavior that unreasonably disturbs other guests.

6.2 Campfires

• Fires are permitted only in designated fire rings

• Flames must not exceed 2 feet in height

• Fires must never be left unattended

• All fires must be completely extinguished before leaving your site or retiring for the evening

• All fires must be out by midnight

6.3 Alcohol

Responsible consumption of alcohol is permitted at your site. The open consumption of alcohol in family common areas is discouraged. Under no circumstances may alcohol be served to or consumed by minors as defined by Nebraska law. Operating any vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

6.4 Smoking

Smoking (including tobacco, electronic cigarettes, and vaping devices) is prohibited inside all park buildings, restrooms, pool areas, laundry facilities, and rental units. Please dispose of smoking materials in appropriate fire-safe containers and never on the ground.

6.5 Children

Parents and guardians are solely responsible for the conduct and safety of children in their party at all times. Children under the age of 10 must be under direct adult supervision. Children may not run through, play in, or loiter in neighboring sites, roads, or common areas unattended. Bicyclists under 14 must wear a helmet at all times.

6.6 Supervision of Minors Generally

Firefly Meadows assumes no responsibility for the supervision or safety of children. All toys, bicycles, and personal items must remain within your assigned site and must not obstruct roadways or neighboring sites.

6.7 Loitering

Loitering is prohibited in all common areas, including roadways, trash disposal areas, empty sites, and common buildings. Vehicle idling at any location on the property is prohibited.

6.8 Grounds for Immediate Eviction

The following behaviors will result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund and removal from the property:

• Threatening, abusive, or violent behavior toward staff, guests, or animals

• Domestic disturbances or violence

• Excessive noise, drunken disorderly conduct, or use of profane language in common areas

• Damage to park property, another guest's property, or natural features

• Illegal activity of any kind

• Violation of any term of these Terms after being warned

• Failure to follow reasonable directions from management or staff

Firefly Meadows reserves the right to immediately terminate your reservation without refund and removal from the property if law enforcement is called to the premises regarding your involvement in an incident.

6.9 Portable Grills

BBQ grills (charcoal and propane) must be a minimum of 24” off the ground. Grills are not allowed on picnic tables. Fires and coals must be doused and properly disposed of before the park user leaves the site.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following are strictly prohibited anywhere on Firefly Meadows property:

• Discharge, brandishing, or threatening use of any firearm or weapon is strictly prohibited on Firefly Meadows property. Firearm and ammunition possession is permitted solely in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including Nebraska's concealed carry and constitutional carry statutes. All firearms must be unloaded and securely stored at all times when not in transport through the property. Firefly Meadows reserves the right to request proof of compliance with applicable licensing requirements. Any violation of this policy is grounds for immediate termination of your stay without refund.

8. UTILITIES & SITE HOOKUPS

8.1 Electric, Water & Sewer

Where your site includes electric, water, and/or sewer hookups, you may use these utilities in accordance with applicable fees and the following requirements:• Water regulators are strongly advised (100 PSI maximum pressure) — install one to avoid liability for waterline damage

• Do not leave your sewer dump valve open — empty your holding tanks regularly to prevent odors and damage

• Leaking sewer or water connections must be repaired immediately

• Do not alter, add to, or modify utility connections in any way

• All hoses, wires, and cords must route through ports as originally designed — no exterior cords or hoses

• Electric service is included in the site fee subject to Section 3.6. Fair and reasonable use is expected, and excessive consumption is not permitted
