Follow That Dream Rv Resort Guidelines: 1. Please maintain your site in an orderly manner. Any alterations to sites must have Management's approval. ONE RV and ONE TOW VEHICLE permitted on each site. 2. Changing of sites is not allowed without the Management’s approval. Removal of decks, patio blocks, etc., to a new site is not allowed. All units and lots must be kept neat and clean at all times, including mildew removal or painting.3. If necessary, Boats and extra vehicles must be kept in storage area. No repairs or oil changes allowed on sites; no washing of units/vehicles for those renting less than a month.

  1. Drunkenness or disorderly conduct of any kind WILL NOT be tolerated. No bicycle riding after dark, and no riding on sidewalks or ramps. Dirt bikes, motorcycles, ATVs, etc., are NOT allowed to be operated inside the park. Please Do NOT idle vehicles; start up and leave immediately.

  2. No open campfires allowed, unless it is propane. NO SMOKING (including Electronic Cigarettes) IN ANY BUILDING or the Pool Area. PLEASE do not throw cigarettes on the ground. There are Smoker’s Outposts outside the Restrooms, Clubhouse, Rec Hall and Pool.

  3. POOL RULES: ABSOLUTELY NO INFANTS OR BABIES IN THE POOL-MUST BE POTTY-TRAINED. (See Park Rules on Pool Gate.) Children under the age of 16 MUST BE accompanied by a parent while in the Rec Hall, Swimming Pool or Clubhouse area, and during use of any park amenities. No business of any kind may be conducted within the park, thereby eliminating non-Resident traffic in the park.

  4. PET POLICY: Dogs (maximum of 2 per rig) are accepted. We will not accept any breed of dog deemed dangerous according to our insurers. ALL pets (dogs and cats) must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet, and under the owner’s control at all times. THE PARK MUST HAVE RECORD OF CURRENT SHOTS FOR ALL DOGS. Please bag and tie your garbage in a plastic bag, and take to our dumpsters, please flatten all boxes, milk cartons, etc. NO furniture, appliances, large objects, carpets, etc., are allowed in dumpsters.

  5. Overnight Guests must be registered with the Office and are subject to a fee. No family members may use a camper’s trailer or our facilities unless the owner of the unit is present. Our Fitness Center is only available for guests who rent a site for one month or more.

  6. Surge protectors required. No tents or pop-ups of any kind allowed in the park. The management of Follow That Dream RV Resort, always reserves the right to terminate a guest(s) for reasons the former shall deem objectionable and will not be responsible for damage to recreational vehicles or any other personal property, nor accidents, nor injury to guest, fire, theft, or loss of valuables in or around recreational vehicle.

  7. Check in is at 1pm/ Checkout time is 12pm

  8. All Campers must be within ten years of the year we currently are in.

  9. Our park is gated; our gate code is for guest only. The gates will be open for guest visitors Monday through sun 9am to 5pm all visitors after 5pm must call to be let in.

Management has the right to set Park Rules & Regulations as needed! The management of Follow That Dream RV Resort, always reserves the right to terminate a guest(s) for reasons the former shall deem objectionable and will not be responsible for damage to recreational vehicles or any other personal property, nor accidents, nor injury to guest, fire, theft, or loss of valuables in or around recreational vehicle.
