Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To ensure all guests have the best opportunity to stay at Forest Lodge, we apply the following cancellation schedule to all RV sites and cabin rentals:

1. Notice Periods & Fees

Refunds are based on how far in advance you notify us of a cancellation:

• 14+ Days Notice: Refund minus a 7% cancellation fee.

• 8 – 13 Days Notice: Refund minus a 25% cancellation fee.

• 2 – 7 Days Notice: Refund minus a 50% cancellation fee.

• Less than 2 Days Notice: Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival are non-refundable.

2. No-Show Policy

Guests who do not arrive for their reservation ("No-Shows") will be charged the full amount of the stay. Your site or cabin will be held until check-out time the following morning, after which it will be released.

3. Weather & Early Departures

Nature is part of the experience! We do not offer refunds for early departures or inclement weather. We recommend checking the Greenville, CA forecast prior to your trip.
