Forestville Campground — Reviews

The campsite was great, in proximity to trails is awesome. Bathrooms were well-kept, although there were a couple of large groups and one of them did run out of TP at one point. Many of the sites had way more cars than the allotted limit, which made the overall feel very crowded. The road was super new and could use a little bit of maintenance, as well. We’d stay again!

Secluded campsite right at the trailhead. Facilities were minimal but were clean, and the availability of firewood to purchase is so helpful. Just us and all the birds and chipmunks!

Great place to camp! Close to everything in Marquette.

This is our second year in a row staying at this campground and we enjoy it everytime 😊

I’ve watched the campground evolve over the years and it’s truly amazing what the NTN has accomplished at Forestville! I love supporting their organization and I love camping at Forestville every time I’m in Marquette. The bathrooms are super clean and barely smell, the firewood is always stocked, and the pathways/sites are clearly marked. The potable water is amazing too! You can tell campers love it there too as there’s never any trash and quiet hours are respected. I highly recommend Forestville to all campers, hikers, and bikers!

Excellent spot to stay!

Great secluded space with only a handful of other people around. Scenery was beautiful with some really fantastic water falls near-by!
