Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Fee: There is a $45 cancellation fee per site or cabin with any reservation. Cancellations outside of 30 days prior to your reservation arrival date will have a refund of the deposit minus the $45.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival date will forfeit your deposit and cancellation fee will still be applied. Guest is responsible for all of the days that they reserved, regardless of if they leave early.
