At Full Throttle Campground, we value your business and understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to our guests while allowing us to manage reservations efficiently and effectively.

1. Cancellation Schedule & Fees

• More than 3 months prior to arrival:

7% surcharge fee of the total booking amount.

• More than 2 months but less than 3 months prior to arrival:

14% surcharge fee of the total booking amount.

• More than 1 month but less than 2 months prior to arrival:

21% surcharge fee of the total booking amount.

• Exactly 3 weeks (21 days) prior to arrival:

42% surcharge fee of the total booking amount.

• More than 1 week but less than 2 weeks prior to arrival:

56% surcharge fee of the total booking amount.

• 1 week or less prior to arrival:

No refund; full balance is due.

2. Rebooking Option

• Guests who notify campground staff at least 21 days prior to their scheduled arrival date may rebook their stay for a future date unless there is a holiday or local event (E.g. concert) going on. (subject to availability and current rates) instead of cancelling.

3. Additional Notes

• All surcharge fees are calculated on the full reservation amount before taxes and processing fees.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

2. Early Departures

• Guests who choose to leave earlier than their scheduled departure date will not receive a refund for unused nights.

3. Weather & Natural Events

• Camping is an outdoor experience, and no refunds will be issued for discomforts of nature (rain, wind, heat, cold, insects, etc.).

• If management deems the campground unsafe due to extreme weather, natural disaster, or government-mandated closure, guests may receive a credit or refund at management’s discretion.

4. Site Changes & Relocations

• If you are relocated to a different campsite due to operational needs, no refund will be issued as long as the replacement site is of equal or greater value.

5. Special Promotions

• Reservations made under promotional or discounted rates are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
