Rules
Check-In: 12pm (noon) - 2pm. Check-Out: 11am
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.
Check in: EVERYONE must check in when they arrive. If after hours, you must check in first thing in the morning. If no one is in the office, call the number on the door or our sign.
DO NOT USE EMPTY SPACES AS PARKING AREAS. PARK IN GUEST PARKING UP FRONT. $55.00 FEE FOR EACH OFFENSE
Payment Policy: Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Decline or failed payments may result in cancellation of your reservation. Long-term guests are required to pay on the agreed-upon due date. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Speed limit in park : For your safety and the safety of our other guests, The speed limit in our park is 5 M.P.H. EVERYONE, including your guests. Repeated violations will result in being removed from the Park with no refund.
Occupancy Policy: Please check with management when booking. Each site has a maximum occupancy limit. Additional guests may be subject to approval and additional fees.
Quiet Hours & Conduct: Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times. Disruptive, abusive, or illegal behavior will not be tolerated.
Pet Policy; A maximum of two (2) pets is allowed per reservation. Additional pets may be permitted at management’s discretion and will incur additional fees. All pets must be kept on a leash and under the direct control of a responsible person at all times while outside of your RV, in common areas, or within any park buildings. The leash must be held by a person at all times. Pets may not be left unattended outside under any circumstances. Pets may be off-leash only within designated dog park areas and must remain under direct human supervision at all times. Guests are required to immediately clean up after their pets. Failure to do so may result in additional fees. Dog runs, fencing, kennels, or any type of pet enclosure are not permitted on sites. Any pet displaying aggressive behavior or creating a disturbance to other guests may, at management’s sole discretion, be required to be removed from the property immediately.
Vehicle Policy: Our park practices a 10 year RV rule.. No FEMA trailers. 2 vehicles max per site if they fit. Absolutely no vehicle maintenance in the park. Mechanical repairs and oil changes are not permitted on these premises without prior permission. Do not park vehicles / trailers in empty RV lots. Parking is permitted on your lot and in the front parking space only. Any overnight parking in an empty space, without prior approval, will result in an additional $55.00 charge per night. Talk to Park Management about Utility Trailer parking. ATV's. 4 wheelers, golf carts, side by side etc are NOT allowed in the park. Parking along the back fence is for long term vehicle/utility trailer storage charged at $75 per month.
Campfires & Safety: Campfires and grills are permitted only in designated areas and must comply with all local regulations and burn bans.
Utilities & Hookups: Guests are responsible for proper use of all utility connections. Tampering with park utilities is strictly prohibited. Electric usage for long-term stays may be metered and billed separately.
Trash & Cleanliness: All trash must be disposed of in designated areas. Sites must be kept clean and orderly. DO NOT LEAVE TRASH BAGS AT YOUR SITE. NO EXTERIOR TRASH CANS AT YOUR SITE.
Weather & Uncontrollable Events: No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, natural events, or circumstances beyond management’s control.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations must be made at least three (3) days prior to your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund. Cancellations received within three (3) days of arrival are non-refundable. Short-term reservations that depart earlier than the scheduled checkout date are not eligible for refunds on any unused portion of the stay. For long-term reservations, a minimum of thirty (30) days written or text notice is required prior to departure. Failure to provide proper notice will result in forfeiture of the remaining balance for the current month. Electric usage will be metered and billed separately, in addition to any forfeited balance. All cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee to cover software and credit card charges.
Damage & Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to park property, facilities, or utilities. The park is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property, nor for injury occurring on the premises. Use of all facilities is at your own risk.
Right to Refuse Service: Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay at any time for violations of these policies. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
By completing a reservation and/or staying at this property, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms and Conditions. These policies apply to all members of your party and any guests you invite onto the property.
*1 - Upon Arrival - If you do not sign these Terms and Conditions, upon checking into your site you have voluntarily agreed to abide by the Rules, Terms, Policies and Procedures of this park and this will be notated in the electronic signature of your reservation.
