The campspot was clean but I feel there was a little false advertising. The pictures do not match the place. Need to update pictures. I believe people live there so coming and going in the evening was hard to sleep. It was cheap, and clean.

The campground was clean and quiet. The bathrooms, showers, and laundry were in excellent shape. I was very pleased with our stay

I enjoyed the stay and hope to return next fall. The new plants improve the experience. A number of the sites need some attention as the earth settles from last falls utility work.

Great gravel sites with plenty of room.

This was a very affordable spot and a good location for getting to Bisbee and tombstone. No frills but a clean bathroom and shower area.

Karen was very helpful and gave me information as needed. Very quiet and pleasant place to stay. Would be nice to know how to access TV in the RV park.

Clean grounds, quiet, great bathhouse, full hookup and very affordable! We were just passing through for 1 night but will definitely return when in the area again for a longer stay.

We had reservations after reading some of the reviews, however once we got there we had no concerns. There was a manager on site who reached out to make sure we were still coming and even stopped by our site once we got there. He was very nice. We even saw him periodically driving through the camp ground to make sure everything was okay. It was clear that the grounds had recently been landscaped and graveled. The landscaping was very nice. It was a very nice camp ground and we would definitely stay again! The view was beautiful!

It was ok...

I read the reviews before I booked knowing I was rolling the dice. Honestly not sure what all the complaining is about. Yes they are not a full service Resort but if a person reads before booking they know that. Also come on for $15 a night what do you expect. My site was level and all the hookups worked. Features: F/M Restroom/Shower Garbage FHU Near Park: Not the best part of town you will see homeless in the neighborhood Laundry 2 blocks away (not sure what it is like) Lots of bars and restaurants within 6-7 block Grocery is a 7 min drive Negative: I had the connector from my sewer hose to the sewer stolen. Seriously a small plastic ring was stolen. I email the park got an apology from them and was told there were no cameras. I could not access the bathrooms. I went to use them just before I left to find they were number coded. The code was not in any of the emails. When I rang the Ring Doorbell and no one answered then I called and no one answered. There was a rig near me that was suspicious and should be checked out. Pro: Inexpensive Easy access to amazing hiking. Easy access to Tombstone & Bisbee Easy access to Sonorita Wine Area

The price is right. Quiet, clean, full hookups, dumpster, most spots with cement slab, showers (which we did not use), no picnic table, dog park. The location is close to Fort Huachuca and 30 minutes and in the middle between Tombstone and Bisbee. They are slowly updating the RV park with electric etc. they have two sections done. No amenities at this time, just a great place to park the RV while out sightseeing.

Reservation and checkin was real easy on line. Spaces are a little difficult to back into with big rig due to narrow street and trees at road edge of sites. Otherwise enjoyed our visit with our son.

It was clean, new hookups. And great location, close to everything you can possibly need.

Upon arrival camp site was occupied. Had to find another camp on our own. No camp host or manager present. No one answered the phone when calling to inquire what to do. Took a chance and found an unoccupied site to set up in. Upon making reservation a request was made for pull through site. All sites are back in.!?

Great spot, great prices, and great proximity to all things in southeast AZ

Here’s the good. It was easy to find and level spot with the water, sewer, and electrical working well and easy to connect. The restrooms were clean. The bad… There was no no staff on site, no office, no gate at all. Literally anyone could pull in and park and hook up. There was a squatter taken away by police as she’d been living in the restrooms. The only communication with the park happened after we’d already left the park when our stay was over and they called to ask if we’d left. They have no idea who comes and goes cuz there is no staff or security on site. I will definitely not be back unless a lot of improvements are done.
