Quiet and large RV spot. The water tasted very good and had good pressure. Close to several good restaurants, a good Laundromat, and a super Walmart within easy driving range.

It is a good park that is still developing. The facilities were clean and worked. Their location is convenient and easy to access. Will definitely stay again next time passing through.

There was no one to greet us on arrival and no one checked in on us during our ten day stay to see if everything was ok. That being said the restrooms and laundry facilities were very clean. The campground is under construction so not all amenities are available, hence the price.

It was a good location, but when we arrived someone was in our spot. We called and left a message indicating that we were taking another spot. No returned call or onsite host.

For what it is I thought it was pretty good. Understand that this is an RV park in progress. Most of it is not being used and is under construction. There are 2 trailers with bathrooms and 1 dumpster. That is the extent of amenities outside your full hook ups. That being said, I give it 4 stars because it is dirt cheap because of it's current state and it's right in town. The Verizon signal is great (if you need to work remotely like me) and the view is to die for. There is no-one on site, however, they are good at getting back to you via text/email.

Quiet. Inexpensive Close to town without the noise. Place still under construction so no pool or any other services for the moment but perfect if you’re looking for a place to sleep and visit the surroundings

It was convenient to register and Lupe's prompt communication was appreciated. Price was great. Unfortunately the water in the bathroom was cold and I didn't see a laundry room. I will stay here again.

park amenities not as advertised....no laundry, no bathrooms. had an on-site host at first but in the middle of our stay she disappeared??? No follow up from anyone else and could not get an answer on the phone from anyone when we wanted to extend for a couple of days. no trash pick-up. the wind blew every piece of trash in the park to our corner site, no one picked up. EXTREMELY noisy at all times even thru the night from business behind our corner of the park.

It's being remodeled so it wasn't busy, very quiet.

The staff we have dealt with have been very helpful. They get 5 stars for attitude. However, no one it’s apparently managing the spot. This entire row is almost empty, but 4 of us are packed in here together at the end. Most parks I’ve been to work to provide their guests with as much privacy as possible by spreading folks out. Also, the business next door is noisy all day and during the night as well. This end where we are packed in is the loudest corner of the park. The noise would keep us from coming here again unless we could stay in a different section. The wind has blown all the trash from the area into this corner, and no one has come to pick it up.
