1. Nature of Occupancy
Occupancy of a campsite constitutes a temporary camping arrangement only and does not create a landlord-tenant relationship. Camper(s) acknowledge they are occupying a recreational campsite and not a residential dwelling.
Management reserves the right to refuse service, terminate occupancy, or remove any camper(s), guest(s), vehicle(s), or personal property for violation of Campground policies or conduct deemed unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or detrimental to the Campground or its occupants. Camper(s) may terminate their stay at any time by providing at least fourteen (14) days' written notice to Management.
2. Payment Terms
All site service fees, utility charges, rent, and any other amounts owed to Garfield RV & Campground must be paid only through the authorized payment platforms designated by Management.
Payments made to any unauthorized third party, individual, resident, former resident, sublessor, or other entity will be considered invalid, will not be credited to the camper’s account, and will not satisfy any payment obligations owed to Garfield RV & Campground.
Unauthorized subletting, collection of rent, reassignment of sites, or acceptance of payment on behalf of Garfield RV & Campground is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by Management.
Failure to submit payment through the approved payment platforms will result in late fees, suspension of services, site lockout, removal from the Campground, towing or impoundment of vehicles and/or RVs at the owner’s expense, and/or termination of occupancy rights for violation of Campground policies and nonpayment.
3. Refund Policy
Camper(s) acknowledge and agree that all payments made to Garfield RV & Campground, including but not limited to site fees, deposits, utility payments, reservation fees, administrative fees, late fees, and other charges, are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved in writing by management.
No refunds shall be issued for voluntary departure, eviction, rule violations, utility interruptions, weather conditions, acts of nature, road conditions, dissatisfaction with the campsite, or removal from the Campground due to violation of Campground policies.
Management reserves the sole discretion to approve or deny any exception to this policy.
