A deposit of only $100 is required to book your stay today! When checking out please choose the option to pay the minimum deposit of $100 and not the entire amount. You will be required to provide proof upon arrival to honor the discount. If you are trying to make a reservation for same day arrival or for more than 3 consecutive weeks, please contact the office. If there is no online availability, please call the office to discuss what options are available to accommodate your stay. Our spacious concrete back-in sites are 60 feet in length. When choosing a site, the maximum length for each site pertains to your RV not the RV and vehicle. These maximums are in place so we can back you in without any issues and it guarantees that you are able to park your vehicle in front of the RV. The ample space allows you to extend all of your slides and awnings and not have to worry about intruding on your neighbors. Most sites have shade at different times of the day because of their location within the park and because of the large live oak tree near the front of each site. Please be aware due to the location of some of the trees there are certain sites that are not "satellite friendly", but that is why we have WiFi and 71 channels of cable! TOY HAULERS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LOAD/UNLOAD TOYS WHILE PARKED IN A BACK-IN SITE, but that can be done in the pull through sites. If you have entry steps towards the rear bumper of your RV it is a possibility in sites 6-9 that you will be stepping out onto the grass and not the concrete patio. The back-in sites will accommodate a maximum of 6 people (including infants and children of any age) and a maximum of 3 dogs staying overnight at the site along with one RV and one vehicle. We consider a vehicle to be anything other than a bicycle(E-bike) or mobility chair, basically if you can drive it or ride it and it has a motor, we consider it a vehicle. Vehicles must park in front of the RV and not in the grass or on the patio. Any extra vehicles being parked overnight will have to park in our overflow lot. Any boats or trailers will be parked in our storage lot and will incur a charge of $15/night/item. Any charges will be added at the time of arrival. If you have a tow dolly you will not incur a charge to park it in our overflow lot. A reservation guarantees you a site but not a specific site number unless you choose the lock in feature for an additional fee during the booking process.
