Cancellation Policy

Full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email only to: gcrvr@yahoo.com.

• 60 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund.

• 30–59 days prior to arrival: Subject to a $60 cancellation fee.

• Less than 30 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee applies.

• On or after the arrival date: No refund will be issued.

Reservation Transfer Policy

Reservations are not transferable. The reservation holder name(s) must be provided at the time of booking and cannot be added or changed later.

A valid Provincial Government-issued ID must be presented at check-in for verification.

If a reservation holder is found to have transferred or sold their reservation to another party, the reservation will be cancelled without refund.
