Cancellation Policy

Full Tank, LLC dba Gilboa Quarry

We do not issue refunds or credits due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine. This cancellation policy applies regardless of weather or COVID-19.

Seasonal RV Spaces

  • Within 5 days of renting: Full reservation fee refund.

  • After 5 days and within 14 days: 50% reservation fee refund.

  • After 14 days: No refund.

Daily, Weekly, Tent & RV Campsites

  • 1+ weeks prior to arrival: 100% refund in camp credit or original payment method.

  • 5–7 days prior: 50% refund in camp credit or original payment method.

  • Less than 5 days: Full reservation forfeited.

Add-Ons (Rentals, Passes, etc.)

  • 1+ week prior: Refund less $10 cancellation fee, issued as camp credit.

  • Less than 1 week: Full reservation forfeited.

Change Policy

  • One courtesy change is allowed if made outside the cancellation window.

  • Each additional change will incur a $15 service fee.

  • Any reduction in stay, occupancy, or pets resulting in a balance owed will be issued as camp credit (valid 1 year from issue).

  • Arrival or departure dates may not be changed inside the cancellation window.

No-Show Policy

Reservations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival. Failure to check in by that time will be considered a no-show and result in full forfeiture of funds.

Payment Policy

Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and checks.
Any remaining balance 29 days prior to arrival will automatically be charged to the payment method on file.
Declined payments will result in cancellation per this policy.
