The only negative is that the lots are sooo uneven that I couldn’t get the trailer level from side to side. It looks like all lots are similar but some are much worse than others.

Original site was too steep to level our RV and was shorter than expected. Other than that the campground was very nice.

Nice small park in the middle of a golf course. It’s a good city course. We saw deer and turkeys each day! The sites are gravel and most are not quite level but doable. No frills but quiet and full hookups.

Golf was fun and the Rv spots face the course and mountain views were fabulous. Really a quiet place to get out of the city.

The place was empty minus about 6 RVs. It sits in the middle of a golf course. You can't get to the clubhouse if you have a large RV or 5th wheel. Do the online work. Get better directions to the actual site because the address is wonky at best. Full hookups is what you get. That's it. There won't be anyone to greet you or any other amenities. It suited us just right. No WiFi, No Cable. Nice, quiet and dark.

The setting is very nice. The area for camping is an area carved out of the outer edge of the city's local golf course. I looked into this location more after arriving. We are Good Sam members and know when we are using a Good Sam standardized location. It seems as though the city of Payson rounding fathers were looking for more revenue. You pay $60+ a night for a gravel drive, dust, no shade, no bath houses, no laundry, and no amenities of any kind. I followed the instructions given to check in at the golf course Pro Shop. They were not interested in checking me in and simply asked if I found out spot. I said yes. They had no checking listing or system accounts for our on-line booking. Further, during a freak lightning storm, we lost all power for quite a long distance around our site. I called the 1-800 number provided. Guess what, It was the golf course Pro Shop. No one answered and we could not leave a message. Due to the heat, we stayed outside for 1+ hours. The power finally came back after nearly 3 hours. I think if an RV Park owner is going to charge a $$$$ rate, at least provide a Good Sam standard for your clients. The hookups were fine, but my water leaked from the spout the entire week. We were there for one of our grandchildren's wedding. So glad the family had us running around all day, everyday. If you want to enjoy a secluded spot carved out of a golf course inside a dust bowl, this place is your place to stay. It felt like the city fathers have never been RV camping and/or ran out of funds and just stopped the building of this potentially great RV Park.

Great location and well kept grounds. We golfed too, so it was nice to have the cart delivered to / picked up from our campsite.

No facilities, going through the residential areas. If you are going to golf, it’s great spot, but just spend the night because driving through, I would not recommend it.

The site was clean and quiet with pleasant views. All the right hook ups and good value. Easy to book and great communications. You don’t have to be a golfer to appreciate how good this place is.

Sites not level. Dusty gravel everywhere aggravated by golfers running through as a short cut. Layout of sites poor. Water and power pedestal too close. Say several high end Class A damage slides. Here by is my letter to mgt: Dear Gladstan GC, Managers of Gladstan RV Park, City of Paulson. Beautiful setting. Refreshing to listen to nature. No truck or other noises from a highway. Getting to the location. Terrible with the road construction Why didn’t you provide some advance warning? 40 foot motorhome towing a car cannot be put in reverse! The alternative route via Goosestep Road again is not suitable for class a motorhomes. Telephone assistance upon calling to ask for help was fantastic. I am sorry to say I did not capture the young man’s name as I would like to offer him my gratitude. Obviously, very new construction. Why didn’t someone advise the contractors sites need to be level front to back and side to side? Simple to do with todays laser guided tools. These motorhomes need to be set up level and the computers on board will only accommodate so much. For my set up, I do not want the rear axle wheels off the ground. Else there are no parking brakes to prevent runaway. City should consider its liability risk if a 26,000 pound vehicle rolled away. Water and power outlets. Very neat and orderly. Everyone of them positioned to damage a slide and lower access doors. An extra challenge is the irrigation access box positioned as a trip hazard when exiting the motorhome. Golfers are great. Nice to watch and admire. Why does the occasional cart have to go whizzing through, stirring up more dust? Why did I register here? Nice web site, located near where I need to be. Did I look at the $50 per night? Yes and I wondered what was wrong that it was so much lower than surrounding parks. Sadly, right now I am concerned about how much damage I did to my equipment due to the poor access and road construction blockage and the $20-30 per night savings pales in comparison. Perfect. A utility vehicle just came down hill to check irrigation unit. More dust. Appreciate it. Glad he only came to inspect two to four times an afternoon

Very clean campground. The views are great. The only draw back that I noticed was a pump house that was pumping water 24/7 that was pretty noisy. Would camp there again.

Park appeared nice, but someone else had been put in my spot after driving all day to get there and paying the extra lock fee for the site. I called and emailed management but have got no response.
