Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy:

For reservations less than a month’s stay, the full reservation total is required at the time of booking. For single month reservations, a prepayment of $100 is required. For reservations longer than one month, one month’s rent is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policies:

Daily/Weekly Reservations

• Reservations cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
• Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival receive no refund.
• No shows and same day cancellations receive no refund.

Monthly Reservations (28+ Days)

• Reservations cancelled 14 or more days in advance will forfeit their $100 prepayment.
• Reservations cancelled less than 14 days in advance of arrival receive no refund.
• No shows and same day cancellations receive no refund.

Long-Term Stationery Rentals

• Reservations cancelled 14 or more days in advance will forfeit their $300 deposit.
• Reservations cancelled less than 14 days in advance of arrival receive no refund.
• No shows and same day cancellations receive no refund.
