Goldfield Miners Camp — Reviews

It was quiet and very nice. It was a good surprise.

On our trips to and from Oregon to the Southwest we stop in either Beatty or Goldfield. This time we decided to try Goldfield Miners Camp. It is new, clean, well laid out and managed. It it our new favorite in Goldfield.

Neat smaller RV park in Goldfield. A short walk from the Mozart Bar, a classic old school dive bar with decent pub food. Close walk to many of the historic old buildings. Sites are fairly level, good power and water pressure. Great pit stop between Reno and Las Vegas.

Clean, quiet, everything we needed an overnight stay

Great location in a unique town. Huge spots, super clean bathrooms. Will be coming back!

Showers were hot and clean. The sites were big. Had bbq and sink for outside kitchen to use. Bike to ride if you wanted to take a quick ride. Information packet of local info laminated and available at every site. Nice to see a business in Goldfield. Would recommend a stop.

Great location in town. Clean new bathrooms and showers. The owner was available to answer questions and offer suggestions about town sites. Very friendly community.

A very nice, clean, and quiet campsite.

The service was SO GREAT! Restroom/Shower, CLEAN as a whistle! Level, spacious, clean gravel pad, fun location. Kind of funky area pulling in after dark but we settled in comfortably and woke to find a little saloon style building where they open to serve breakfast on Sunday morning at 8 o'clock. We knew this because a friendly local was walking by and told my husband about it. We walked over there, literally 3 minute walk, and were given coffee and 2 "breakfasts". They had one thing to choose from on the menu and it was delicious. During our short 14 hour layover, we met some super nice people, rested well, and enjoyed breakfast with the locals. We'll definitely swing back into Goldfield again should our travels allow. Thanks again Miners Camp!

A beautifully landscaped RV park in a special town. They are spacious, well maintained and there is a nice, well-maintained communal barbecue and kitchen. Friendly owner. Excellent place to stay overnight.

Good for an overnight stop. Closest gas station and grocery are 30 mins away. Bathrooms were clean and and camp was well kept over all

Very small, new park. Everything was perfect. New restroom/shower facilities exceptionally clean. Tim (I assume the owner) was great! Don't follow iphone maps however - it leads you to the other side of the highway. The town is a mining camp from circa 1900 with more still standing structures than any others I'm aware of. Plenty of exploring and photo ops. Stop by the courthouse - amazing documents from long ago. No food store or gas though - beware! Loved it and will stop again!

New and very clean this park is in a prime in town location. The fireplace area and outdoor kitchen looked great although I did not use them. The bathroom shower area was just like a nice hotel. The lender bike was great and helped me see a lot of the town easily. If ever there was five star this is it; especially where it is. A great stop.

Excellent facility to stay overnight in a lovely small village

Nice, clean and apparently brand new facility. I would not give this rating if the park was full. There was only one other RV in the park when we stayed. The park is set up for two RVs in a “bay”. In that case you would be crammed with virtually no space between you and the next RV. Good WiFi. Only one restaurant in town and they close at 7:30 pm. Gas or food for 26 miles so plan accordingly.

Very friendly camp host, nice sites in a very beautyful town with lots of historic spots. Couldn‘t be more satisfied!
