Satisfaction Rating

Site booked not available,dog run not available. Site we got was a mess. Full timers acted like they owned the pool. Washroom was old school. Personnel were pleasant to talk to and under a lot of stress dealing with ownership change.

Online it said out campsite was on the water. Turns out it was just a creek with no water in it! Our fire pit was overgrown and had to be dug out. There was no picnic table, even though online it said it would have one. I also emailed the main office about us having a late check in, they got back to us and said it was no problem that the office was open till 9pm on fridays. Well when we showed up I was greeted by a very annoyed employee that told me I was late and was making comments on how I was supposed to get the late check in approved. Not sure what that meant but she was very rude and made it seem like me being there was the biggest inconvenience of her night. The campgrounds is very busy and the campsite we had there were people walking by looking into our site every 5 mins, there’s lot a lot of privacy.

The site we had was right on the river, perfect for relaxing and just enjoying doing nothing. The rest of the park was a little underwhelming. We would book the same the same spot again for sure.
