Bath rooms were clean as well as the pool and people were friendly but the grounds need work. Roads are rough and has pot holes sites needed to be mowed. trees are over grown over the roads our 5th wheel is tall and was dragging on branches. There is a lot of permanent sites that are in disrepair.

Cottage didn't have the amenities that were advertised. Shared bathroom only cleaned once in 4 days and had to request hand soap in bathroom twice before it was filled (on the 3rd day of our stay).

The campground is fairly quiet and we were lucky enough to secure a spot by the river, however, there doesn't appear to be much pride in maintaining the sites. The direction we got at checkin was minimal and the roads are so narrow and corners so sharp we very nearly put our rig in the creek that runs through the campground. The route we were instructed to take was definitely not big rig friendly (with a tow vehicle) but we didn’t know that having never been there previously. Two of the washers and one of the dryers were out of service. The pool was a little cloudy so we didn’t swim either.

Site booked not available, dog run not available. Site we got was a mess. Full timers acted like they owned the pool. Washroom was old school. Personnel were pleasant to talk to and under a lot of stress dealing with ownership change.

Online it said out campsite was on the water. Turns out it was just a creek with no water in it! Our fire pit was overgrown and had to be dug out. There was no picnic table, even though online it said it would have one. I also emailed the main office about us having a late check in, they got back to us and said it was no problem that the office was open till 9pm on fridays. Well when we showed up I was greeted by a very annoyed employee that told me I was late and was making comments on how I was supposed to get the late check in approved. Not sure what that meant but she was very rude and made it seem like me being there was the biggest inconvenience of her night. The campgrounds is very busy and the campsite we had there were people walking by looking into our site every 5 mins, there’s lot a lot of privacy.

The site we had was right on the river, perfect for relaxing and just enjoying doing nothing. The rest of the park was a little underwhelming. We would book the same the same spot again for sure.

Cell service was very spotty, I had to leave the campground to find a good signal. There was no wifi.

I am writing regarding my recent booking for the campsite “Partial Service 30 AMP + Water – Summer 21” from May 16–18, which was fully paid in advance, including the site lock fee. Unfortunately, our experience at the campsite was extremely disappointing due to the lack of basic amenities and the poor customer service we received during our stay. As outdoor tent campers, access to functioning washrooms and hot showers is a basic necessity. However, throughout our stay, the shower facilities were either completely out of order or without hot water. The women’s showers were entirely unusable for two consecutive days. This created a very uncomfortable and unacceptable situation for us as campers staying outdoors without access to proper sanitation facilities. On the second day, the same issue continued, and when I contacted the office to inquire about the water shortage and washroom situation, I was informed that the matter was still “a work in progress.” Due to these ongoing issues and the discomfort caused, I advised the office that we would be checking out one day early. Unfortunately, the response I received from the staff member was simply, “Fine, go ahead,” which I found to be rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience caused or attempting to assist us, the interaction made the situation even more disappointing. Additionally, I felt there was a noticeable difference in the way outdoor tent campers were treated compared to RV campers, which further impacted our overall experience negatively. I have video and photographic evidence documenting the condition of the washrooms, showers, and the issues mentioned above. Given that the advertised services and expected camping experience were not provided, I believe a refund for the unused portion of our stay is reasonable. Therefore, I respectfully request a refund for the dates of May 17 and 18 due to the lack of essential facilities and the unsatisfactory customer service we experienced. I hope this matter can be resolved professionally and amicably. I look forward to your response and a fair resolution.

The showers were weak and cold. Also not being able to access our mobile data or hsve access to wifi, was a big inconvenience. We loved the size of our site and all the people around us. I especially enjoyed the pool.

Our 1st time here, had a hard time finding the resort, no signage, first impression upon entry, poor garbage on the left all over, main hall under construction. They have rules that no one follows, especially being a seasonal Community. Lots of rules in the pool, no one on duty to enforce these rules for children & adults. Members & staff were very friendly.

I stay three nights in one of the cabins The cabin by itself, it’s pretty well-made, There is a small fridge in the cabin, a small heater , two coins bed, And the ceilingfan wasn’t working. For the long weekend, it was a little bit pricey compared to what they offer. It’s a beautiful RV park, very nice people Everyone was so friendly Very busy though. The pool is very crowded most of the time But the water was warm and clean. The river is not suitable And also the water is not deep enough for kayaking or tubing.

That was an amazing experience, our spot was perfect, my family loved. I really recommend it to everyone. Small details, restrooms smelling badly and the neighborhood should comply with the 11pm silence rule. But nothing that would make us not going back again. We just loved our 3 days RVing there.
