Cancellation Policy

Any long term reservation made for over 15 consecutive days is 100% non refundable 

Short term Reservations cancelled more than 30 days in advance of arrival will incur a $25 fee. 

Short term Reservations cancelled Between 14 and 30 days in advance of arrival will incur a fee of 50% of the reservation stay.

Short term Reservations cancelled less than 14 nights before arrival will forfeit a refund of any kind.
